Excellent Customer Service
I ordered two items. One of the items had a small issue--the front pouch pocket was not completely sewn across the top. I am not tech savvy, so when I tried to fill out the online return form, I had some difficulty. I reached out to the customer service center, and an excellent representative named Andi helped me from start to finish! I am very grateful.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! I ordered 4, received 2, over 8 weeks later. Still have 2 that I paid for and never received. Support has said on its way and they mailed to Virginia when I live in New Jersey. Now support says they’ll ship another 2 but over 2-3 weeks and zero delivery. This company is a fraud and ordering from them is equal to flushing your money down the toilet.

It's been a month and I still have not…
It's been a month and I still have not received my 4 sweaters. I reached out to customer service and keep getting told that it is on the way. Today I received an email saying that the order is ready meanwhile it was supposed to be on the way. Going to ask for my money back. Highly disappointed.😡😡 Update. Today is January 20th and I ordered on December 16th and never received anything so I asked for refund. Got an email saying that I will be refunded. Highly disappointed that this order was so bad and my wife won't get her sweaters.

Great customer service!
I was so excited about ordering my hoodies that I forgot to enter my discount code. I replied to the confirmation email, asking if they could apply the discount, thinking “they’ve already got my money”. Well, they emailed back with a credit on my card ~ that’s great customer service! I can’t wait to get them!!

Scam! Horrible experience
I ordered blankets as Christmas gifts I expedited shipping order was placed on the 10th and still hasn’t shown up and i’m still trying to get my money back!
This company says they’re from Canada, but the items were shipped by China Post out of China and lost somewhere in the process

The ads are a bit deceptive…bought 2 and they don’t come in a gift box. The quality was nothing special and kind of cheap looking. The ads make it look more luxurious than it really is. Return was easy but you pay for shipping and a restocking fee.

It was a whirlwind trying to get the hoodies in time for Christmas. They arrived Jan 14, but ordered Dec 10. Since there was a huge mishap, they refunded me and allowed me to keep my order still for all the confusion . Customer service turned out very good.

I loved all 4 of my hoodie dresses. The seams are well made, interior is soft as advertised, and their suggested sizing tool is accurate. I loved the colors and my order was exactly right. I received all items and they were all the right colors. The fit is exactly as I expected and is comfortable

At first, I thought it was a good company. But I’m on my second order and it’s been 13 days since I ordered from them again… My first order came screwed up and I should’ve learned the first time when I couldn’t return it. The idea of these is cool, but you’re not the only manufacturer of these, so never again.

This is the worst experience ever
This is the worst experience ever, I paid for 2 hoodie before Christmas. Only received 1 , emailed Warmy and said they would send me one right away. This was 12/25/2026 . Was sent a tracking number. It never updated. 12 days later I emailed them again. They said people have been stealing them in them, so I asked to send it a different mail vendor. They said no. So I was sent new order and no updates and no hoodie and now they will not respond and have removed me from any social media email list and have not responded to my emails

Product is absolute garbage
Product is absolutely garbage. I have cheep Walmart sweaters that are better quality I ordered a few for my wife and both hoodie dresses came damaged. After an exhausting time with customer service with proof of damaged I finally got them exchanged. The new hoodie dresses came poorly made. The bad stichimg will again lelad to the pockets falling off. Id stay as far away from this brand as possible. I ended up with the Comfrt brand and the quality is hands down better. If I could this review would be zero stars.

Lousy product, scam company! AVOID
Shipping took 2 weeks longer than what they said it would. Gifts arrived 11 days after Christmas after multiple messages saying they “should” arrive on time. Return process is ridiculous with a restocking fee of $3 per item and an exorbitant shipping fee added. This is a GARBAGE company basically running a scam. No one should order their lousy product (it really is not good at all).

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, shipping, packaging. First let's go with it takes over a week for them to ship it. The shipping information is inaccurate and no help with customer service. The packaging is vac sealed where they advertise a nice box set up. Total from order to delivery is about a month. How was the item? I have no clue they didn't ship my gf hoodie dress but the other one we got for a friend to get the but two deal. Now I'm waiting another month to get hers. Only positive is that her Christmas present will turn out to be a valentine present. Seriously though I do not recommend this. I feel the 5 star reviews are fake or back when the company first opened and cared.
