Made an error with my order on a Sunday evening and sent customer service a request for corrections and refunds for the error. Someone emailed me back showing the error was corrected, money refunded to my card, and all this on a Sunday evening! 10/10 service, will definitely refer people and continue to order from them! Could not ask for better service! Wow

Great product, but absolutely terrible service. I ordered 2 for Christmas and received them at the discounted price. They sent me the wrong color. I counted customer service after a week. I asked for an exchange to get the right color, and they gave me a gift card, but they didn't cover the cost of the replacement, plus I had to pay shipping again for their mistake. I reordered it on January 17, and it has been sitting ready to be picked up by the carrier since January 18. Today is February the first, and I have yet to receive the correct purchase.
As of Feb 15, I still have not recieved my order. I would post a picture if they allowed me too

For starters, I got one of their hoodie dresses as a gift for the holidays and immediately knew deep in my soul that I needed more of them. Especially as my favorite color is pink and I got a purple one, must be remedied. So naturally, now I have one for half of the days of the week lol

But in getting there, one of my packages hadn’t been delivered after a while so I reached out to customer service, speedy communication, and they said to presume it was lost and they would send a replacement. They even let me change one of the colors when I asked if that was possible. Just so accommodating, such a pleasure to work with. Whenever I can get more hoodie dresses, I’m gonna! You guys are wonderful, thank you for making something deliciously cozy to block out the chill of frigid New England winter.

I ordered a good amount of hoodies for Christmas, like a few hundred dollars worth. A few were extremely late, and the rest that i ordered went to a whole other house MILES away like hours away from me. When it was late i originally reached out and they said that it would come late. It’s unacceptable that they were all so late in the first place but to make matters worse i emailed them about my issue and they never awnsered. I spent money on items i never got and the hoodies that did come were low quality and just did not fit correctly. I am extremely dissatisfied with my order. The fact no one reached back out to me to rectify my issue when i’ve emailed multiple times is ridiculous. I even paid extra to get it shipped early, which I should’ve got a refund for that alone but i didn’t. I now have to go through my bank to dispute the charge because i am not getting any kind of response. Essentially i’ve been scammed. Do not order from these people.

Takes 8 weeks after ordering. And still pay for the refund process. True scammers

I had a to change shipping address. I used email supplied sent new address and within 5 mins the address was changed.

This company is really good to work with when you have the issues. From my experience if things don’t come on time just wait a little bit longer. If you finally need help they are quick to respond and quick to fix the issues. Now to the product. My girlfriend was very happy with what she got and stated that everything was very comfortable and looks great.

There was an offer to return the green one for smaller size as it felt bigger than the navy but got scared to get a size smaller as if it fit snug than I wouldn’t wear it so decided to just keep it. That is one of the things about buying online is sizing. Had really bad experience and good and some can wear but liked to have tried a size smaller.

Ordered January 2nd. Items were never shipped. Contacted the company and requested a refund which they refused. They said there was a problem with the original package and they will reship. Sent a new tracking number which says the same thing as the original - shipping label created but shipper does not have the package. This company also claims to be in BC, Canada but both tracking numbers indicate items coming from China. Very deceptive business practice and I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company.

Editing to add that I had a message from
Trust Pilot this morning saying “the business thought my review belonged to another company.” How ridiculous!!! There are a tons of one star reviews from people who have had the same terrible experience as me, and the company knows full well that my review was placed with the right organization. Yet another example of their deceptive business practices! File a claim with your credit card company if they do this to you and let them deal with your bank instead of taking advantage of consumers.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It just started with an email went on from there. Everything worked out great. Love the sweatshirt dresses, I now have 6 in great colors.

You guys are awesome, the gift for my wife was exactly what she was looking for and loves the sweater dresses that I purchased, great quality unbelievable customer service.  We will definitely be purchasing more items in the future.

Ordered early December, was given notice it would arrive before Christmas. Never came. Emailed customer support and they said it got lost in shipping. Said they would reorder the order and to expect it in 10 days. That was 14 days ago and no tracking has been provided. Be careful.

My shipment was divided in 2 parcels (I ordered 4 hoodie dresses for myself, 2 for my daughter and 2 for my granddaughter) and when they didn’t arrive all at once, customer service was quick to assess and reassure me that the second parcel was on its way (arrived the next day actually). The company was willing to reship the missing items should I not receive them (in case of loss in transit)
I love my hoodies and this company has the best customer service, hands down.

Took over month to receive order. Cheap Not worth the price, not well sewn. Not worth over $10 and I paid $27 ea for 5 and that was one free! One was not in the Warmy plastic bag prob a return one. No tags or size on any. Very disappointed.

Great customer service! Reached out for help with exchanging a holiday gift (preferred different style/size) and they responded instantly and are sending a different product/size. Original sweatshirt is so warm and cozy, so I'm looking forward to the new one's arrival.

It took 5+ weeks longer than it should, even though I paid extra or it to be expedited, and when it finally came, I only got half my order. I thought it was poor form for them to not refund at least the money I paid for fast shipping considering I didn't get my order in time to present them as gifts in the time frame I wanted. Product was fine. Horrendous execution of customer service and shipping.

My husband made a purchase as a Christmas present but apparently bought too early. When we tried to ask for a request for a return we were told no. I have no Interest in the items I were sent. Lack of service to support, no alternative options given, no exceptions. Not a place I would ever shop again since you're stuck with your purchase. Both items I was given are in original packaging. Just another reason why I don't buy from online only businesses.

I ordered two items. One of the items had a small issue--the front pouch pocket was not completely sewn across the top. I am not tech savvy, so when I tried to fill out the online return form, I had some difficulty. I reached out to the customer service center, and an excellent representative named Andi helped me from start to finish! I am very grateful.

Worst experience ever! I ordered 4, received 2, over 8 weeks later. Still have 2 that I paid for and never received. Support has said on its way and they mailed to Virginia when I live in New Jersey. Now support says they’ll ship another 2 but over 2-3 weeks and zero delivery. This company is a fraud and ordering from them is equal to flushing your money down the toilet.
