My order was cancelled without reason and I had to ask them several times over email to clarify what had happened. They said the shoes were out of stock and they couldn't deliver them, thus I would be receiving a refund

I have not received a refund yet and it's been 3 months. Order number is #TH4350

Not made properly at all. I have pictures, top of my feet were shredded

Letters from the back came off in less than a month of use.

Die Schuhe kamen über drei Monate nach dem angegebenen Lieferdatum an. Außerdem wurde vom Lieferdienst eine Gebühr von fast 35 € verlangt, Thaely wirbt ja mit kostenloser Lieferung. Dass zusätzliche Kosten anfallen können wird erwähnt, jedoch nur im Kleingedruckten, laut Thaely. Auf Nachfrage wird nur auf die Lieferungbedingungen verwiesen.
Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.
Noch zur Info: die Schuhe fallen ca. 1-2 Größen kleiner aus als angegeben.

I am surprised to pay additional customs tax. the fit of the shoe is less good than I had anticipated

It was difficult to receive the runners in Canada, but they now that I have them I love them! They are very durable and comfortable. The insoles do not remove, so they are not compatible with orthotics but they are so comfortable it is not an issue for me. The sizes do run slightly small, so if you are between sizes make sure to size up. Love the work thaely is doing!

It's nothing but an online fraud.🤬 I ordered 3 sneakers on late Jan 2024, and nothing has arrived. The time is going on. They kept saying some issues caused the delay, but what kind of issues could cause a 3-months delay? You factory closed? It's rediculous, seeking refund now.😡

It arrived a little late but it was worth the wait as it was more than I expected, the quality and the designs are perfect.
It is so great to be able to support such a good brand, I love your shoes and I cannot wait to order more. Thanks for helping the planet!

I had to wait for over a month for the sneakers to arrive. When they finally did, I had to pay over 50 euros for import duties, even though the website states that they're free. Because of this, I had to refuse the delivery at the door. Whether I'll get my money back remains uncertain. So, if you're in the Netherlands, I wouldn't recommend ordering these shoes

Great idea, bad realisation.
I‘m waiting now 3 weeks for 1 pair of shoes and i haven‘t got any shipment confirmation (only order confirmation).
I really like the idea behind those shoes but 3 weeks waiting and no estimated delivery date is a no for me.

I ordered Cloud White Y2K Pro shoes on February 5th 2024, and it's now March 9th 2024 with no sign of the shoes being shipped. I've sent numerous emails to the sales team, but there's been no response. It's disappointing that there's no other way to contact them. At this point I'm will consider myself lucky to get a refund. These shoes aren't cheap either. Update.. I received the refund.

I was all for their initiative but my god are these shoes the worst. They’re extremely narrow and the plastic they’ve used is so hard it gives my feet blisters.
Waste of money, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The product shipped later than I had initially been told but the company was responsive to email queries and the updated date I was given was met. Delighted with the product itself -- fit, look and comfort is great. Other reviews have said that the sizing was off but I ordered my usual size and have no complaints.

You guys are cheats. You took money from me and did not send the shoes I ordered. After months of writing you emails I suddenly get a mail saying I have requested cancellation! And you have processed the refund. Most unethical!
Btw my order no was 1191. I did a pre order when you launched and now I guess you do not want to supply the shoes at the discount price that you had offered it to me at.
