I bought a pair of sneakers from your Company because I was excited about the sustainable and circular economy concept.
However, after paying 25.- bugs for shipment plus 30.- bugs for tarifs I received the shoes. I tried my first walk with the sneakers (using normal socks) for about 3 km and After that the skin of three of my five toes on both feet were ripped and bleeding. The fabric is so stiff and rigid that toes are tortured. How can I soften the fabric? Shell I hammer the shoe or drive over it?
Thanks for advice, sofar I am not convinced.

These are going to be my favourite shoes.
I wanted Thaelys because they are made with recycled plastic. I am all over that!
I got the Y2K in Shadow Black.
They are cool in design, seem well made and I really like the coloured flecks in the sole.
The price is also reasonable.
I am very happy with my new shoes.

Hi the shoes are good and recycled packaging was so good. One bit of feedback is that the shoe is very narrow so felt like it squished the sides of the feet. Maybe just early days before they are fully worn in.

The shipping was expensive but OK, you knew it was going to be that amount. But then it was shipped to the UK, before it was going to Europe. I payed half of the price of the shoes again to taxes. (32EUR). Maybe change the shipping process for Europe to make it less expensive!

The price of the shoes is ok with the quality delivered, but not if you add shipping+ taxes. The shoes are a soft fabric so turn dirty quickly, and the shape changed quickly if you have wide feet. It is not a sturdy material. So ok for the price on the website, not ok with all the extra shipping. I payed double the price in total.

The shoes were comfortable and practical. I received them pretty fast, I live in the US. They looked great and got lots of compliments. Thanking the company for being innovative and resourceful!

Delivered on time, boots look great, very comfortable; and I like supporting an environmentally friendly organization

The Y2K was the most uncomfortable shoe I've worn. Zero customer support, there are no reviews on the website, and no place for me to leave a review either. And they're hiding my comments on Instagram posts. This company is a pure greenwashing scam. Do NOT buy.

Love the designs and the shoes look great in person. Shipping was relatively quick for being regular priority and international.

Basket de forme originale. Ecoresponsable dans sa conception et s Deana son emballage. Toutefois vient de très loin donc empreinte carbone à prendre en considération. Le service client est réactif et adapté. Je recommande ce site

The experience of ordering and receiving the shoes was easy and seamless. As expected the shoes are on the narrow side. But I knew that before the purchase. Great looking product! Love the comprehensive socially conscious and environmentally minded system.

My package arrived way before that I was expecting. Won't lie the look on the soles takes some time to get used to, that being said once you try them on its an experience, they're very comfortable to wear all day.

Really wanted to like these but the sizing was wrong and took forever to get to USA with constant delays and horrible communication

Fantastic shoes!
It arrived a little late but it was worth the wait as it was more than I expected, the quality and the designs are perfect.
It is so great to be able to support such a good brand, I love your shoes and I cannot wait to order more. Thanks for helping the planet!

Models are so cool

I received my shoes today. I ordered my size. They are very well made. They fit perfectly. I agree that they may be a little warm, but on NE Ohio, that soon will not be an issue. Im impressed by the construction and use of materials. Even the box is useful. Apparently it has basil seeds in it. I plan on ordering more shoes soon. Thanks for making such a wonderful product!

So I am from India originally where the brand is established and had a horrible experience,but it’s sad to see that these people are scamming people with their money I myself have not received any answers back from them about the fact that I want to exchange my shoes since they have sent me the wrong on and when you go on to call them on their customer care number it does not exist.
I am a lawyer tho so if anyone in India has also experienced the same kindly reply to this comment since I am a lawyer I’ll sue them in consumer court anyone who wants to chime in reply. Hi guys so they haven’t responded to any of my e-mails and neither their customer care numbers are working I guess it is only all show and no go it’s one thing that they admit that they are scammers and let me go ahead with my appeal but it’s another thing to make promise of getting the product picked and refunding me for the same shameful to see acts like this taking place without any repercussions to them.

I'm still waiting for an answer from you.
