Hyvä ja halpa pitää ostaa erikseen. Täältä tilasin keittiötarvikkeen, eli taikinan rei'ittäjän, mistä yksi sakara oli jo saapuessa poikki - eikä katkennut sakara ollut paketissakaan, joten täytyy olla ollut poikki jo lähetysvaiheessa. Liekö lähettävät jotain tehtaan 2-laatua näissä halpatilauksissa, sillä lienee halvempi myydä ne polkuhintaan kuin romuttaa asianmukaisesti? Kun uudelleen katsoin saman tuotteen arvostelut Temussa, en todellakaan sitten ollut ainoa, jolla oli tullut rikkinäinen tavara mutta jostain syystä vain positiiviset arviot näkyy "etusijalla" Temussa. Halvalla saat halpaa - sen sai ostohuuman jälkeen taas kokea ja todeta.

Alkuun innostuin ja koukutuin Temusta.Ostelin kaikenlaista.Mutta monet tuotteet ovat todella heikkolaatuisia,polyesteriä ,haisevaa muovia,reikäisiä tai lankapakoisia hengittämättömiä polyesteri vaatteita.Kengät ovat jonkinlaista muovia myös.Talvikengät olivat todella kylmät ja pohjat sellaiset,ettei minkään kovan päälle voinut astua,ilman että sattui..
Harmittaa miten monta kertaa tilasin,ennenkuin heräsin tajuamaan,että olen ostanut kertakäyttö tavaraa,joka ei kestä käytössä. Poistin Temu tilini ja ostan jatkossa laadukkaampaa tavaraa ja maksan mielelläni hieman enemmän.

En pääse edes kokeilemaan! Tein tilin ja kirjauduin, mutta "tietoturvan nimissä klikkaa vääntymättömiä numeroita" tms, yritin päästä läpi monta kertaa, turhaan. Mikäli Temu ei halua asiakkaita niin ei väkisin. Olisin ollut valmis riskeeraamaan pari kymppiä nähdäkseni millainen firma on kyseessä.

Olen nyt tehnyt noin viisitoista tilausta Temulta kaikki tilaukset tulleet n. 2vko. Tuotteet ollet sitä mitä on kuvissakin. Tietenkin hinta ja laatu kohtavat, et voi saada neljällä eurolla laadultaan 40€ tuotetta.

Temu oli hyvä paikka ostaa... Yli sata tilausta.. Sitten yksi lähetys jäi tulliin... Tuotteita joista pitää maksaa VATin lisäksi veroja... Temun suomenkielisessä "terms of use" kohdassa 10.1 luvataan maksaa VAT ja verot, mutta tämä ei pidä paikkaansa... Temu maksaa vain VATin... Tätä selvitin monta tuntia tänään Temun chatin kanssa, kun siellä ei oikein ole ihmisiä, jotka osaisivat kunnolla englantia.. Joutui useaa asiakaspalvelijaa häiritsemään ja pääasiassa sai vastauksiksi vain valmiita vastauksia, jotka eivät liittyneet aiheeseen millään tavalla... Olisiko tarkoituksellista välttämistä. Siltä se ainakin vahvasti näytti. Lopulta yksi Romano sitten sanoi, että Temu maksaa VATin ja sorry nyt muusta, mut niitä ei makseta... Mulla on nyt tullin kautta tulossa paketti ja enhän minä sitten hae... Menkööt takaisin Temulle... En pidä valehtelusta... Kyseessä on miljardiluokan firma... Olkaa siis tietoisia mahdollisuudesta, joka on toki aika pieni. Voi tulla tosi iso lasku tullilta ja Temu ei sitä maksa, vaikka niin lupaavat sivuillaan... Tuet temulta tilaamalla, samalla toimintaa, joka ei ole laillista Suomessa, eli jää veroja maksamatta, jotka temun kuuluisi maksaa muissakin tilauksissa, kuin minun tapauksessani. Kolme tähteä siksi, koska oli kuitenkin ihan hauskaa, kunnes hauskuus loppui. *edit... Temu ei tässä sitten hyväksy myöskään näitä arvosteluja ja vaatii lisätietoja, eli tässä tein tilin erikseen trustpilottiin tämän temun takia ja tälle palvelulle piti antaa puhelin-numero lisätiedoilla (kolmannelle osapuolelle) , ettei tämä arvostelu poistu kolmen päivän sisällä. Nyt on sitten puhelin-numerokin saastunut... Se oli salainen numero, jota kauhean mieleni olisi jakanut.. Mutta anti mennä. Onhan tämä kumma, että yritys voi tätäkin palvelua ohjailla tähän suuntaan, että pitää luovuttaa henkilökohtaisia tietoja niille, jolle niitä ei haluaisi luovuttaa, tai kokemus temusta poistuu julkisesta jaosta. Välkyimmät varmaan jo ymmärsivätkin, mutta tämän tyylinen käytös vääristää todella paljon tämän trustpilotin luotettavuutta temun osalta, arvostelujen suhteen.. Ei kaikki jaksa tai kykene/halua jakaa henkilökohtaisia tietoja niille, joille niitä ollut tarkoitusta jakaa... Arvostelu 3/5 vaihdetaan 1/5... ja lisätään lisää huonompia puolia trustpilottiin Temusta samalla... Olen asioinut toisen suuren verkkokaupan kanssa yli 10 vuotta... Yli tuhat tilausta tehty.. Voi olla pidempi toimitusaika ja muita normaaleja ongelmia, MUTTA heille on riittänyt aina todisteet siitä, että myyjä on lähettänyt väärän, tai huonosta paketoinnista johtuneen tavaran hajoamisen... Tuotteita ei ole koskaan tarvinnut palauttaa myyjien vihreiden takia... Temulle se ei lopulta enää riitä, vaan saa lähteä etsimään tulostimia ja tuhlaamaan aikaa asioiden korjaamiseen, saadakseen omansa takaisin... Tämä toinen iso verkkokauppa ei koskaan tee niin, että asiakas joutuu töihin silloin, kun myyjä on mokannut. Valintaa toki jaksaako tehdä ilmaista työtä toisten takia. Pari viestiä ja tulliselvityksen selventäminen, joka ei vaadi kylille lähtöä, on omiin silmiin helpompaa, kuin tämä temun tapa toimia, jossa syntyy väkisinkin kuluja ostajalle, joita temu ei luonnollisestikaan korvaa... Kuluja jotka johtuvat temun myyjien virheistä... Lisäksi temussa on myyjiä, jotka myyvät tuotteita, joissa on selviä ongelmia suurella osalla ostajakuntaa, mutta myynti vain jatkuu, vaikka temu saa tiedon tuotteen laadusta, usealta asiakkaalta. Vertailuna käyttämääni toinen suuri verkkokauppa bannaa nämä koijarit todella nopeasti. Tämä temu voi olla kiva juttu joillekin, mutta ei sieltä kannata mitään suurempaa ostaa, näillä näytöillä, mistä tässä nyt kirjoitellut.
Temu was good place... over 100 orders... Then one order go trough customer duty (Finland)... Temu terms of use 10.1 promise, that Temu pay Vat and Taxes... It's a lie... Actually Temu pay only VAT... I have confirmed this directly at Temu customer help chat (place where no-one actually understand English well and you get ready to go spam copy paste messages, at everything) I stop now order from this place. I don't like lies. 3/5 because it's was fun as long as packages was coming without customer duty stamps... */edit... After I needed tell trustpilot more information, because Temu ask it, and because one was my phone number, I chance 3/5 to 1/5. It's not fun share secret phone number to third party (Trustpilot)... If I would not do this, this review disappear after 3 days
