Easy to set-up, friendly team & peace of mind
Easy to follow questions on the application form, unfortunately my payment could not be taken online (unsure why), therefore I had to use the contact telephone number to make payment over the phone, which was easy enough. Otherwise, everything was very straightforward.
We had the device delivered to my mum when we would be visiting to be on hand to help with the set-up and testing. The device charged very quickly, the instructions were very easy to understand/follow and my mum managed to activate the test call while we were present. The staff member at Telecare24 answered quickly with Hello how can we assist today ......" using her Christian name which made the call very warm and friendly for my mum who is in her 80's, my mum advised the operator that it was a test call.
My mum now feels happy to make a test call once per month on her own and this has given us all peace of mind that the service is working with a friendly team on hand to assist.

Very easy to arrange. Equipment arrived quickly. Simple and well explained set up instructions. The first test call I made took 4 minutes to be answered even though the recording said it would be answered in a few seconds. 4 minutes is a long time if it was an emergency.

Telecare24 made the experience of having a personal alarm so easy with friendly understanding staff on the other end of the phone.
From initial contact to set up of equipment was all done in 24 hours. The online information on the products available was simple and easy to understand.
