I spoke to a helpful member of staff when I was considering purchasing a telecare wrist alarm for my sister. OnceI placed the order it wasdedeleivered the following day. My sister has inadvertently triggered the alarm a number of times since having it and has had an immediate and courteous response from a member of the team. She is very satisfied with the alarm and feels much more secure.

Installation of Telecare24 emergency alarm system.
The whole process was carried out online and was straightforward. After installation of the equipment, as per instructions, the only disappointment was how long it took for the test call to be answered. If this was an emergency alarm call it would not be reassuring. To be fair a second test call was answered more quickly.

Call centre order of Pendant Alarm
Tried to order online for elderly mum, system kept going around in circles. Ended up calling the call centre and placed the order. Filled in the paperwork emailed over straight away with keyholder details etc, so that they could program this into the system. Website said that there was a slight delay due to amount of orders 3/4 days, however mine came the following day via Royal Mail. Set-Up straight forward, and mum completed a test on the pendant with ease (she is partially sighted and has dementia). Call centre called her within a few seconds, and they adjusted the volume, so that mum could hear them. Not had a genuine emergency as yet, but does give the family peace of mind, knowing that she can contact someone 24 hours a day if needed.

I havehad my watch now for about a month. It is so sensitive. I have already knocked it twice during this time, the latest this afternoon. 16 September.Immediately telecare 24 have been on the phone to make sure I was ok. The service is brilliant, so quick. I've had to apologise twice now for unknowingly knocking it and sending the base unit 'into flying mode'. Both ladies I have spoke to said don't worry, so long as you are ok. Telecare24 is absolutely amazing and more than worth the £19/month. Thanks a million Telecare24

Good service, good product
Ordered this for my elderly mother. Very easy to order, and quick delivery. Very easy to install and the initial test call was dealt with really well.
I would have given 5 stars but I had to order a replacement strap (my mother damaged the original one), and I was charged £20 which I felt was very expensive.
