I’ve only used the service twice
I’ve only used the service twice, on both occasions I was happy, although on the second occasion it did take a few minutes for the handler to answer the call, which did feel like a long time.

Easy to order and promptly delivered.
I purchased this due to falls I have been having at home giving me the security that I can get help if needed. The system works well. I have only had it a short time and the wrist strap triggered a fall the I was contacted by their team quickly through the speaker device. Thankfully I had not hurt myself and was able to tell them I was fine. If I hadn’t responded then my nominated responders would have been contacted with further escalation if they were unavailable. A very reassuring and comforting device.

Our order was fast and efficient
Our order was fast and efficient. It only took one week from sales man ( who was lovely) to stairlift being installed, Bruno our fitter was brilliant.
The only reason l haven’t given five stars is because we have not been left any paperwork or receipt of purchase/ guarantee. There is one sheet that we were given from the salesman but it is all in a foreign language so I’m not sure what it says. I have called to quarry this and have been told somebody will call me back as l was out of office hours and I’m still waiting to hear.
Stairlift working brilliantly.

Very helpful on the phone
Very helpful on the phone, I had a normal landline which was changed to fibre and i didnt realise i needed to change my alarm. The customer service team were friendly and didnt judge me for my lack of knowledge.

Thankfully I was with her the first time she set it off accidentally as a lovely female voice came through and my mum thought it was my daughter!
Since installation my mum has set it off accidentally at least 3 times. Call handlers are all very polite, courteous and reassuring. I have full faith in them

The information was sent quickly. It was very clear for everyone to read and for the family to easily understand what needed to be done to set up the process.
The kit arrived and was straight forward for the family to set up and test.
We have had a number of day to day questions about use and we with the family have been able to work out the answer. If not, we can phone.
Only disappointment is that a keysafe box was ordered and has still not arrived which I am about to chase up.

Good customer service
My elderly mother who recently lost her husband and now living on her own I felt it necessary to have an alarm in case she fell or feeling unwell and couldn’t get to her phone to call for help. The customer care team were very helpful and put my mind at ease that I had chosen the right company. The cost of the annual fee is reasonable and she received a free key safe which is an extra thing in place for her safety. The alarm and key safe arrived earlier than the quoted four day delivery and was easy to set up.

My initial telephone enquiry was answered quickly and all my questions answered in a polite friendly manner. The online application for a care pendent was easy and clear. It arrived within the time frame given. When it arrived set up instructons were clear and simple. The equipment was ready to plug straight in and test. The test calls were answered quickly and the operators spoke clearly in a friendly and polite manner.

I spoke to a helpful member of staff when I was considering purchasing a telecare wrist alarm for my sister. OnceI placed the order it wasdedeleivered the following day. My sister has inadvertently triggered the alarm a number of times since having it and has had an immediate and courteous response from a member of the team.
