Great experience from this company.
For some reason my payment couldn’t be made online, so resorted to the old fashioned method of phoning. The person at the other end of the phone couldn’t have been more helpful, picked up my online order and processed the payment.
In my haste, I hadn’t added all the contact numbers, so called back and again this was resolved quickly, efficiently and politely by the person at the end of the phone line. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience to deal with Telecare24. Not many people get that comment from me, as I have quite high standards!😀

I have now returned this
I have now returned this. It would not connect for about 20 minutes when I tested it. Then when we did get through the Man or the other end couldn’t hear us and we couldn’t really hear him that well. I rang up customer services and they said it was to do with the Mobile reception in the area. Therefore, I can’t risk this not working on my mother falling over. So it has been returned to you.

Yes great service from ordering to delivery.Easy to set up too. My father very happy with the service.
Just need to sort out Internet provider as they seem frightened of the device although it has simm card back up, that doesnt seem enough for them to put in new fibre Internet. Got to wait till they have battery back up system before they will change it over !!

Very prompt and caring
Only a couple of days after my connection I decided to change my bedding and accidentally knocked my wrist which triggered my fall sensor. Didn't realise until heard a voice calling my name and asking if I was alright! Quickly explained and apologised! Excellent.

This company exploits…
This company exploits disabled/pensioners. Even if a person passes away or goes in to a home and therefore has to cancel they still take a full year's money, whether paid upfront in full or paying monthly. Even if you have only had the service for a few months. They also have no customer service out of office hours ( mon- fri). Dr Hilliar should not be promoting this company and on first contact agreed it was not fair. But although saying he would investigate has not replied since. We went with this company because of his promotion. Never trust anyone in the public eye again

Looking into the details of the alert, our monitoring team received your call and immediately contacted the emergency services to request an ambulance for you. However, that request was subsequently cancelled when it was confirmed that your sons were already on their way to assist you. While we always liaise with emergency services as quickly as possible when a fall occurs, ambulance wait times can unfortunately be extensive and are entirely outside of our control.
Additionally, we note that currently there is only one individual listed on your emergency contact list. If you would like to add more contacts to help ensure other friends or family members can be notified in the future, please give our team a call and we will gladly update your account. We wish you a speedy recovery.
