When my parcel didn't arrive as notified you and you said it was out of your hands and post office/parcel force were now responsible .
How can you take nearly £300 from somebody and then say it is out of your hands.

My experience is very good
My experience is very good. I feel very safe and confident with my alarm which I wear round my neck 😌.
Due to go on holiday soon and I will be able to relax now and not be as scared I'd something was to happen to me. It is a very professional experience which I will recommend to all of my family and friends.

The device arrived 24 hrs after I placed the order. Ordering online was very straightforward. I haven't had to use it but the test call was easy and I feel very confident to use it should I need to.

From start to finish I was impressed…
From start to finish I was impressed with the complete professional service and my daughter set it all up for me at home. I accidentally pressed the alarm one day and instantly got a call from the alarm centre which got louder until I heard a voice from one of your staff asking if I was okay. It has made me feel more secure in my home and I am very happy with this service.
