Teknistore Arvostelua 

Ho ordinato un cellulare da 190 euro... Dopo 30 giorni non è arrivato e mi sono insospettito... Ho fatto ulteriori ricerche e mi sono imbattuto in trustpilot. Nulla ora mi sento un idiota.

Order a watch from the website and paided the money only to be told it was not in stock got my refund a week later.
WHY DO THESE PEOPLE WASTE MY TIME BY LISTING ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE ANYWAY. STUPID

Solicite el producto el 21 de Enero con envío Urgente (menos mal , si no lo usan mis nietos )y llegó ayer 2 de Marzo ,el mismo producto lo solicite por otra pagina y ha tardado 2 semanas , que sabiendo que viene de lejos es más que razonable. Contacte con ellos en varias ocasiones y me dijeron que el año nuevo no trabajan , pero lo solicité 9 días antes .Contestan muy rápido y envían la factura sin problemas , ojala en los envíos fueran tan eficientes.

Lamentablemente me enviaron tres voltimetro de 130 Voltios y yo pedí tres de 200V.....

Habe einen kleinen Stirling-Motor bestellt.
"Jouet Éducatif Modèle de Stirling Moteur à Basse Température" - scharfkantig, miserabel verarbeitet; das Rad ist auf der Achse nicht fixiert und eiert so stark, dass es rechts am Kolben und links am Gestänge anschlägt und ist damit absolut unbrauchbar!
Ein Video habe ich für teknistore als Nachweis gedreht und hochgeladen. Leider sind hier Links nicht erlaubt, ansonsten hätte ich hier gerne einen erstellt!
Jetzt soll ich das Modul nach China zurücksenden!

Bad support doesn't give any individual helps

Hice un pedido el día 20 de enero. El día 24 me dicen que me ponga en contacto porque hay un problema (luego me entero de que no tienen stock). El día 26 me confirman que en 2-7 días me harán el reenbolso. Al no recibirlo vuelvo a comunicar con ellos (4a vez). El día 4 de febrero me dicen que en 24h recibiré la confirmación. Hoy día 8, he vuelto a escribir otra vez. Acabo de recibir el reembolso. Había pagado por el envío rápido incluso. No he perdido el dinero, pero ha sido una perdida de tiempo y un mal trago. No lo recomiendo.

Société sérieuse qui rembourse sans problème quand la marchandise n'est pas en stock , avant de passer commande bien vérifier par mail avec eux si il n'y a pas de rupture de produits la société est réactive.

Edit: Received Jan 31st. I'm being bribed and my refund is being held as a condition I remove this feedback. These exact words appear in other negative reviews.

Bought a phone in August 2021, advertised with two week delivery and taxes paid. Took two weeks to process the payment and a further 4 weeks for delivery. By this time, 6 weeks later I'm on holiday and the phone is sent back to China. It's proven returned by the tracking link. I ask for a refund and this is when the game with Teknistore starts.
After 4 months offered a lower spec, cheaper phone which I reject and Teknistore confirm a refund is in progress which as of 1st February, has still to happen.

Lies, stories, delaying, stalling... I can not in any way recommend this company. Engage at your peril!

Ordered a digital microscope from Teknistore which unfortunately arrived with a damaged screen (leaking LCD).

I emailed them with pictures of the display and was quickly offered a replacement screen - which I accepted.

At each stage I was kept informed on progress and soon given a tracking number.

A few days later the replacement screen arrived - complete with bezel and switch panel so it was only a case of removing 6 screws and 2 ribbon cabled, re-assembly and job done, on fully working digital microscope.

Would I have preferred that it had arrived in full working order? Of course, but things happen and it's how issues get resolved that separates the good companies from the bad.

Thanks to Lena and Ada at Teknistore customer service for the swift (considering post from China) resolution.

En voyant la note global si faible et les avis négatifs. J’ai beaucoup hésité à commander chez eux un appareil 100€. Je me suis lancé car cet appareil est introuvable ailleurs. J’ai choisi la livraison la plus chère à 12,52€ qui annonce une livraison entre 5 et 12 jours ouvrés. J’ai commandé le 04/01/22. Le produit expédié le 07/01 et la livraison le 25/01 soit 14 jours ouvrés (d’où une étoile en moins) avec un suivi sur l’application 17TRACK. Aucune surprise à la livraison. Venant de Chine, le délai ne me choque pas. Pour moi ce fut une expérience réussit.

Telefono pagato e ordinato il 30.11.2021 e oggi 24.01.22 non è ancora arrivato e non si sa neanche dove sia... decine di email di chiarimenti e richiesta di rimborso ogni volta rispondono di aspettare... questa situazione mi sa di truffa denuncero la situazione... sito SCONSIGLIATO!

Delivery on time . Package was safe and happy with the item. In general its great service

2 mesi dopo aver pagato anticipatamente non ho ricevuto nulla. Per lo più rispondono sempre allo stesso modo facendo credere che si stanno occupando del tuo caso. Sta di fatto che ho perso un cliente per colpa loro. Mi rivolgerò al mio avvocato e chiederò il risarcimento del danno. Diffidate da questi truffatori.

ordinato dooge S 59 ,pagato ,dopo 7 giorni,mi informo sulla spedizione e mi dicono che l'articolo e esaurito,ma non mi avevano informato, chiedo un'altro modello sempre Dooge e dopo 2 giorni mi dicono che la dooge non riescono a rifornirli ,torno sul sito e vedo che i dooge sono ancora in vendita e non c'è scritto niente sul fatto che sono finiti .questa è una truffa per indurmi a comprare altri modelli,chiedo il rimborso prima 2-5 giorni adesso 2-15 giorni .vedo le recensioni è il 70% sono negative quindi di cosa stiamo parlando : da denuncia
