Teknistore Arvostelua 

J'ai passé une commande chez eux pour laquelle le livreur c'est trompé et m'a livré un mauvais colis. Apres avoir échangé avec la poste ils m'ont envoyé une confirmation de l'erreur. Mais le site dit que mon mail est un faux et ne veut peux faire les démarches nécessaires pour me rembourser ou me renvoyer un produit.
Tout simplement du vol. Site a fuir!

Pessimi. Per fortuna ordine con cifra irrisoria.
Orologio fit pro. Spacciato per originale e senza ombra di dubbio un falso.
Anche modello diverso.
Assistenza clienti sta ancora verificando…

The camera "HAYEAR" that i recently purchased from Teknistore it came out to be a counterfeit. I sent the picture with the camera at the manufacturer and they noticed that the usb port is black, when the original cameras from Hayear is white. I wrote at Teknistore but they claim is original and they refuse to refund me. Is funny to read all this negative feedbacks and how Teknistore try to defend them self with responds such "Dear customer, this is not correct...". I wonder what escuse they will use this time, when i have the chat conversation with the Hayear manufacturer.

I bought a camera for my microscope, but is impossible to update the firmware due to the manufacture that has stoped the production of that cip. I asked for refunding so i can buy a better one, but they refused to pay my money back. Plus in description was mentioned that they will provide an EU plug, but they sent me a chinese type, so i purchased an adaptor because they didn't care less to send me one... The camera came after one month because Teknistore is a third party seller or dropshipping and they have nothing in their store, hence you can search your self the product directly from manufacter as they do. This website has a bad way to do e-commerce. Stay away !!

Commande faites à deux reprises car le premier article reçu n’était pas le bon.
Ils m’ont remboursé la moitié et j’ai gardé l’article dont je n’en aurait jamais l’utilité.
Deuxième commande bien arrivé mais inadapté à mon véhicule
Je demande le retour et c’est moi qui doit renvoyer à mes frais !
Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site !!!

The firmware for my device is only available online for customers inside China, but this seller is operating in Europe where customers cannot obtain the firmware. TekniStore support refuses to help me get the firmware for my PIPO W12 tablet. So I cannot upgrade to the latest firmware. In my opinion this kind of practice should be prosecuted as a crime.

Ondanks de niet al te positieve reviews op Trustpilot toch een bestelling geplaatst bij Teknistore voor een computeronderdeel. Een week later werd de bestelling netjes geleverd zonder problemen.

Schlechte Kontakt,mehr als 2,5 Wochen gelieferte und jetzt ist der Tens Gerät Defekt ist,aber noch keine Antwort auf mehrere E-mails.

Allora giorno 27/04/2022 ho effettuato un acquisto di un cellulare Blackview, ho effettuato il pagamento e ho notato solo ieri che nel mio account Teknistore non risultano ordini effettuati. Il pagamento mi risulta. Devo preoccuparmi? AGGIORNAMENTO: Mi hanno risposto e si sono dimostrati disponibili. Ma dal momento che il cellulare non risulta più nello store ho deciso di chiedere il rimborso. Spero proceda tutto bene. AGGIORNAMENTO

Dreadful. Was asked to contact support as there was going to be a considerable delay in delivering the item. Have messaged them repeatedly but to no avail.

Male... malissimo...difficili da contattare, poco precisi e poco affidabili.
Per l'ultimo ordine che ho fatto e poi annullato mi hanno preso 5,50 euro senza avermi inviato niente..

J'ai commandé un jeu de bavette garde boue pour mon Opel MOKKA pour une vingtaine d'euros. Livré en 3 semaines, venant de Chine c'est normal. Par contre les pièces livrées ne correspondent absolument pas. Je demande un échange, c'est impossible il faut renvoyer la marchandise à vos frais soit 50€ environs, je leur ai proposer de les jeter à la poubelle et sur ce je n'ai plus aucune nouvelle
Passer votre chemin et éviter de commander sur ce site
