Teknistore Arvostelua 

Os doy una estrella porque no hay para menos. No son capaces de entregar un pedido a tiempo, se demoran más de 24 horas en respondes los email con la quejas por el pésimo servicio. Les escribo solicitando el cambio de dirección y me responden que ya me compensarán cuando reciba el paquete. Que empresa tan mala, no compréis, servicio de lo peor.

Ich habe einen Kupplung Bremsenhebel Kombination bestellt. Die Armatur Kupplungshebel ist gekommen und macht sich einen guten Eindruck. Die Bremshebel Garnitur lässt auf sich warten. Ich habe mehrfach den Laden angeschrieben. Keine Reaktion. Leider kann ich da nur sagen FINGER weg. Wollte die Garnitur auch noch für eine andere Maschine ordern. War am überlegen das gleich zu machen. Gott sei Dank habe ich das nicht gemacht. Finger weg!!!

téléphone acheté en novembre 2019, nous étions en Août 2020 et il est déjà en panne, téléphone soit disant renforcé et étanche qui résiste à tout (d'après les caractéristiques, étanche à 3 mètres de profondeur pendant 4 heures)… et bien le téléphone pour la première fois je le mets 10 secondes sous l'eau à environ 30 cm de profondeur en piscine (je précise que tout les bouchons étaient bien fermés) et bien, immanquablement, il a pris l'eau et ne fonctionne évidemment plus.

Que faire, alors que le téléphone est encore sous garantie (acheté chez Teknistore qui ne veut rien savoir, c'est incompréhensible et me renvoi vers la compagnie doogee pour expliquer le problème…!!! Et bien dit videment ne veulent rien savoir non plus) j'ai eu quand même une négociation avec eux sur le fait qu'il fallait que j'envoie mon téléphone en Chine pour le réparer j'ai été ravi de ce retour j'ai envoyé le colis en Chine pour la somme de 30 € il est arrivé en Chine sans que personne aille le récupérer il est revenue il y a 3 semaines et il était parti depuis septembre c'est se moquer du monde c'est lamentable je peux dire juste une chose honte à vous !

Un client pas content du tout…!!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They sent the wrong colour and when notified they insist that they sent the correct colour, even when photographic proof was sent to them with a copy of my order clearly showing I had ordered Gold and they had sent Pink. They then went on to insist that the manufacturing company had stated that pink was Gold ??? I have had to open a dispute with my card merchant to resolve. Stay away from this company, avoid at all costs

Zuerst war ich noch ganz zufrieden mit dem Shop.
Ein Garantiefall hat mich dann viel Zeit und Geld gekostet: Für eine Reparatur innerhalb der Garantiezeit musste ich mein Handy zurück nach China schicken.
Nach abgeschlossener Reparatur ging das Handy auf dem Rückweg verloren. Hier hat der Service des Teknistore sich blamiert. Zuerst wusste man nicht, dass das Packet niemals das Land verlassen hatte, dann wurde ich auf später vertröstet. Wegen Corona, und den "Nachforschungen". Ich habe mich über Monate hinweg immer wieder gemeldet und wurde auf später vertröstet. Ich habe mein Handy immer noch nicht, und entschädigt wurde ich auch nicht.

Un mes de espera. Y llega el envío que no esperaba y con la caja vacia y con falta de componentes.

Absolute con. Despite several requests for refund for item which was never received each request is responded to with a new (different) tracking number. Stay away from company. Wish I'd looked at reviews first. You pay in euros however its actually shipped (or not) from China.

my package does not exist and I want my money back! I paid extra money for fast delivery !! I have a daughter crying it would be a Christmas present! you are a real bad business and I will tell everyone not to shop from you! I will write on all my social media! no later than Friday, the money must be back in my account !!

Efectuada compra e paga no dia 25.11.2020, com um valor mais alto para ser enviada rapidamente, e até agora nem compra nem reembolso. Não aconselho a comprarem nesta loja.

Ho acquistato diverse volte su Teknistore e ad oggi posso ritenermi soddisfatta. Assistenza presente e celere, articoli ben imballati e tempi di arrivo rispettati. Personalmente lo consiglio!

Non farò certamente più acquisti. E sconsiglio vivamente di pagare un extra per la spedizione veloce tanto comunque non sono rispettati i tempi. Ho fatto ordine il 13 con spedizione 7/12 giorni, siamo al 28 e non ho ricevuto ancora nulla. Prima e ultima esperienza su questo sito!

Hab mein Handy nach ca. 2 Wochen bekommen.

They had sent me much cheaper phone in purpose (they have sent me 10 Mi 64 lite instead of Mi Note 10 108 MP Pro version). Totally disaster and the worst shop i was ever with dealing with in China. Because of them i have lost over 400 euro on custom tax, phone and postage. Avoid, avoid, avoid !!!

The Claim Case ID: PP-D-87507146 has been blocked by seller. The sellers agree to provide a full refund if I return the phone back. I did send the phone back to the seller (on address provided by PP) couple of days ago (tracking number RL792654527IE). However, they have rejected my package (you can check it using tracking number) with no reason given (it is with customs now). Also, the Teknistore has blackmail me through email Quote "Please, contact us when you have removed the feedback and we'll continue to follow your case friendly. Otherwise, you will receive back the shipment without refund." I never experienced such an issue during all of the PP transactions i had in the past. This company seems to be totally untrustworthy and it is using dirty tricks to gain profit.

Pessimi, ho acquistato un telefono 300€ e mi è stato consegnato difettoso, ho dovuto restituirlo a mie spese 30€ e il venditore dopo averlo ricevuto non ha comunicato a PayPal che poteva effettuare il rimborso.
Morale della favola ho atteso 5 mesi per avere indietro i miei soldi e ci ho rimesso i 30 di spedizione.

Me mandado correo que no tengo dirección de entrega correcto 😃. En el dia siguiente de comprar el teléfono. Cómo es eso? Estaba en la casa todos los días. No ha venido nadie.

The Trustpilot reviews here are mostly fake, please read them carefully.

They intentionally undervalued my item so that it would be stopped and sent back at the border. I was not informed until I rang DHL two weeks later. Teknistore tried to get me to pay an "admin fee" to rectify this, claiming it was not their fault. DHL warned it could be a potential scam. Item was nearly £300.

After 3 weeks of emailing they still refused a refund - PayPal resolved the case for me after a month.

Don't believe the reviews. They sell items with the intention of not honouring them all. They pretend to have offered me a refund but never did.

They asked me 3 times to end the PayPal dispute. Stay away.

Hace 20 días pedí un smart phone REALME X2. 10 días después solicité por email la devolución del dinero por seguir en estado "preparation in progress". La respuesta fué que enviaban un "ticket" a su "logistic center".
Hoy, 20/09/2020 he vuelto a reclamar el dinero pues sigue en el mismo estado. 20 días sin enviar un producto, que dicen tener en stock, es una tomadura de pelo al cliente.
Por supuesto, ni caso en lo de la devolución del dinero.
Desaconsejo totalmente comprar en esta tienda.

Después de lo anterior me enviaron rápidamente otro correo diciendo que el móvil estaba tardando porque el fabricante estaba instalando un parche (o sea que no lo tenían en stock). Me pedían que quitara la opinión negativa y que, cuando lo hiciera, eligiera si quería el móvil con actualización o sin ella. Pregunté que en qué consistía la actualización y cuanto tardaría (no quité esta opinión). Me respondieron que era un parche de seguridad.
Sorprendentemente cuando iba a poner más opiniones negativas, recibí el móvil el 09/10/2020. Llegó después de 1 mes y 10 días. El móvil es el que pedí y funciona correctamente.
La experiencia no ha sido buena, aunque al final me llegó el producto correctamente.

Son unos estafadores , no cumplen con los plazos de entrega que son muy largos , la atención al cliente un desastre , y como tengas la mala suerte de que te llegue el producto en mal estado , no te ayudan para nada , te lo comes con patatas , no compro nunca más nada en Teknistore, impresentables.

ESTAFADORES.

PAGUE ENVIO URGENTE........ HACE 15 DIAS Y EL PAQUETE NO LLEGA A ESPAÑA. ME PASAN UN NUMERO DE SEGUIMIENTO QUE NO EXISTE EN CORREOS Y NO CONTESTAN LOS MENSAJES.

NO COMPREN AQUI, ES UNA ESTAFA
