Gostei muito, muito facil de instalar, e estou a integrar com um sistema de Domotica da Mordomus que funciona na perfeição. Sou Integrador de domotica e instalador

J’utilise plusieurs serrures Tedee sans rencontrer le moindre problème. En cas de souci mineur, le support de Tedee est tout simplement génial.

Sehr gut verpackt. Die Komponenten sind gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Erklärungen sind zwar nur online ausführlich zu finden, aber recht informativ.

Easy Installation, very quick and comfortable

I had a new tedee GO to my existing tedee go and bridge installed 2 years ago in just 2 min. Everyting is fine. Added to jeedom was also very easy.

Bought the Tedee go2 bundle (keypad, lock, bridge). Purchase process very quick, support is very communicative and responds fast.
Configuring everything was easier than expected, both mounting elements physically activating via app.
So far been really happy with the result and practicality.

Simple, good quality product. I ve put one on my beach home, that i rent to turist and i just fell in love with it. Waited for black friday to get a good discount to buy one for my flat. Unfortunatley there was no black friday sale but i did get 10 % of off price for registreting on the tedee web, so i did pay a little less. All in all, it is a little pricey, tedde pro, but it unlocks my heavey flat doors without any problem . I recomend it for a
smart lock.

The tedee GO2 is a good product easy to install and very functionally.

The customer service was very, fast and helpful. I wrote them on a sunday morning and they helped me right away.
Now everything works just fine and we are happy with the new smart lock.

The adhesive pad on a Tedee GO failed after only one year. The door lock was unusable because it no longer adhered to the door. Replacement parts can only be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Delivery took approximately one week.
