After two months of use, I can only say that the lock is excellent. Everything works exactly as it should. So far, I haven’t had any issues. The unlocking and locking options will satisfy even the most demanding users. The motor is not loud.

As for the ordering process, I would like to praise the responsiveness of the Tedee team. I received a reply immediately, even though it was a Sunday. I can only say bravo to everyone on the Tedee team—keep up the great work.

I would also like to mention that I haven’t noticed any negative aspects of the lock, but perhaps in the future, with an update, it would be nice if the battery level could be displayed in percentages.

Perfekt und ohne Probleme

Super fast response, even in weekend and on holidays!

This is one of my fastest and most successful purchases. I ordered the set, it was shipped to me the same day, and the courier delivered it the next morning. Excellent quality, great price for the set! The smart lock itself met expectations; it’s an excellent comfort feature. There is only one thing — the auto-unlock sometimes triggers with a noticeable delay, so if I'm in a hurry, I open the lock using the app as soon as I get out of the elevator and walk up to an already open door. I don't consider this a problem at all.

Nice and really functional doorlock that can be added so that from the corridore all seemes the same as was.

The Delivery was fast and the Battery was very good

Long delivery and dispatch time. Scheduled for delivery but still has not arrived. Poor communication in general. Unable to comment on product as we have still not received it.

The instalation was super easy everything works great and I would recommend it to everyone is thinking to purchase a smart lock.

Quick delivery, it was easy to install and works as promised.

Everything‘s fine. Shipping was a bit long. But in the end all components are here. Installation was a bit tricky but my fault. I‘m happy with the lock. We have to Check the daily work now

The best smart lock on the market. I have the PRO version about 4 years and everything is working great.

Now I ordered the Go2 version for my friends door. The lock is silent little bigger but do it's job. The fingerprint keypad is great.

En principio, la cerradura funciona bien.

Los fallos que le veo al aparato, es que no permite modificar el ancho de la llave. Esta muy limitado y en mi caso fue necesario limar el embellecedor de la llave de seguridad.
Luego respecto de la app, estaria bien que se pudiese dejar programado, aperturas y cierres.
