Water feature
Having purchased a water feature and set up, only 2 months ago it has now stopped working, having tried to contact customer service and waiting on the phone for over an hour, and still not getting any answer, I would not recommend using this company very very poor customer service

This really is a beautiful fountain
This really is a beautiful fountain. I only knocked a star off for the stones that come with it. 1) Some are too small and fell into the water base 2) There’s not enough of them. I have bought some white, small pebbles.
A part from the stones, I really can’t fault it.

AVOID COMPANY!
Bought a fire pit from them through Amazon and Set this up yesterday following the instructions and had it on for the 2nd time in the day for 15 minutes this evening, was fine first of all then all of a sudden a couple of the rocks exploding hitting me and my new seating. SO lucky that it didn't hit my face!!
Also contacted customer service and Charlotte was condescending and rude, the only thing she could say was "Keep away from the unit for the first 20 minutes after igniting your unit for the FIRST TIME"
NOTE THAT IT SAYS FIRST TIME!!
When I told customer service that this was the 2nd time we had used it I stopped getting replies!
Would not recommend this company, feel really let down and disappointed. Now out of my own pocket I have to replace the damaged furniture which is going to cost me £115. THANKS TEAMSON

This was the easiest 5 stars I've ever…
This was the easiest 5 stars I've ever awarded. The delivery was very quick. FedEx delivered right to our door, which, considering there are about 15 stone steps down was amazing. I was initially worried about having to assemble it but when I checked the contents of the 2 boxes everything was there. The chairs were very straightforward. The table was heavier and it would benefit from 2 people but I managed. The only very small suggestion would be if more steps could be included in the instructions as I was worried that a step needed to be done first but all worked out fine. The item is great. The height allows us an even better view of our coastal location. The price was very reasonable compared to other items elsewhere. I would definitely recommend.

Additional washers Needed
When building we had to add additional washers to make fit, screws too long

Stable top very uneven, so glasses/cups will rock and fall off
Little disappointed, but luckily my husband makes anything work

Fantastic Company
Fantastic Company, bought a Fountain it arrived and whilst putting together l dropped the top part that smashed making the item useless. After a call to Customer Services to buy a new part and an email with pictures they replaced the part all free of charge and arrived within 2 days. Amazing staff and company will definitely buy direct from them again.

Edito para decir que la empresa se ha puesto en contacto conmigo y me ha mandado otro mueble completo. Un 10 para ellos.
El mueble viene con golpes y una parte pintada porque estaba rota y la han pintado de blanco. Está fabricado en China y vino sucio no, lo siguiente. Huele mucho , lo tengo en el baño desde hace una semana y el olor no se va. Al final te lo quedas por no desmontarlo. No lo volvería a comprar.
