Taskrabbit Delivery (formally Dolly) Arvostelua 

Went above and beyond to make my move easy and even waited to unload due to ensure my property wouldn’t get wet due to it starting to rain.

Good communication, on time, did as instructed, and polite.

James was very professional, on time and did a great job!

Had to move a heavy piece of furniture and did a great job

Had to help, but I didn’t know how heavy that was . That was fine.

Taskers were on time, efficient, and very polite.

Customer service...not good.

I didn't receive an email/txt about who my driver was, as I was told would happen. I got concerned day-of, so I contacted Customer Service.

Oops.

They claimed to not have my contact information or confirmation of the job.

THEY emailed ME confirmation. Their customer service team could not find my email address. I had to hunt through my phone to find the confirmation number as I was driving to the pickup site.

With that confirmation number, they, miraculously, found the gig. They reiterated to me what the gig was (yeah, I'm the one that booked it), and then continued to waste my time asking for email and phone information, which had been given multiple times.

I exited that call with no resolution. All I learned is that they DID see the job in their system but had no specific information they could share about the helper's identity, contact information, or location status.

THEY then called ME about the driver having trouble locating the pickup site. They claimed to not have any phone number for me?

Uh, they emailed me. They called me.

Clearly, they had my contact information.

I was on the phone with them (mostly on hold) longer than it took to complete the job (which DID end up happening).

The Tasker/driver/helper was awesome. Once the job started, everything went smoothly.

Also, I tried to reset my password via their web interface before this debacle. That function was, of course, not functional.

None of this would have happened with working communication(s). I don't blame the agents here, mind you. I think they were doing what they could with what they had. Perhaps some training/call review would be helpful for them, though.

There's just something wrong over there.

Here's my educated guess:

- Taskrabbit bought Dolly
- They separated it from the parent and created "Taskrabbit Delivery".
- They either didn't change the existing (Dolly) operation(s)/CS infrastructure or pared it down to cut costs.

...Just a guess...

UPDATE:

I was charged $186 dollars for this job. I didn't approve of this cost beforehand.

I sent in a ticket to their CS department. I was simply told that "a hold was put on my card" which, I guess, is their form of "notification".

Steer CLEAR.

The service was professional and friendly. He came within the window provided and kept me posted of his ETA.

Very professional - on time, polite. Got the job done.

The Tasker never came. I ended up having to assembled the table. I requested refund and nothing was done. I was told to deal with Ikea. I will never use task
rabbit again.

The gentlemen were early and got to work right away and all pieces were unharmed in the process.

The two delivery staff arrived within the designated time window, they were efficient, polite, and had pleasant personalities. I would only suggest that Taskrabbit have its freelance staff wear shirts like the one on the website so they look more professional and attached to the organization.

Excellent communication. Driver was early and was highly knowledgeable about securing a fragile mirror for safe transport. Whole transaction was fairly priced and a breeze to schedule. Dolly is my go-to FB Marketplace mover!

Arrived on time. Called me upon arrival and waited for me.
He was patient

Quick efficient and got the job done definitely will use the service again
