The communication was good, the delivery within the time frame and the person effective. The only issue ia that he did hit the walls with the boxes a couple of times as he brought them upstairs.

Fast & efficient

I was told the delivery would take place between 11:00-11:30. The driver arrived at 1pm. You can’t reply to the text which is annoying. The delivery guy was very very nice and did a great job but he was dripping from sweat constantly even after toweling off and he sweated on my new mattress which is not ideal.

Nothing at all

I paid for two helpers and only one showed up. Please refund for the second helper

Delivery people were on time and friendly. They moved a heavy piece of furniture efficiently and without issue. Would use these specific guys again if I could.

Worst company I have ever used in my entire life. Damaged my entire sofa and refused to fix it or help at all. Horrible customer service in getting anything resolved. I would never recommend this company and will never use it again.

Multiple miscommunication regarding delivery dates and times. When the delivery finally occurred, deliverers left large boxes behind to be disposed of. Very unsatisfactory.

I am writing to dispute the charge for a task scheduled on Sunday, September 27, between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM, to pick up a flat-box order from IKEA.

At approximately 12:15 PM, I contacted IKEA to follow up on the pickup because the link provided by Taskrabbit was not working and I was unable to track the task. It appeared that no task had actually been booked. IKEA advised me that they could not assist further and that I would need to contact Taskrabbit. I was subsequently informed that there was no task booked.

Because I could not confirm that the pickup was being handled, I went to IKEA myself at approximately 1:00 PM and picked up the order.

Then, at approximately 1:30 PM—after the scheduled delivery window had already passed—the Tasker texted me stating that they had arrived. By that point, I had already returned home with the order.

Since the task was not completed and I ultimately had to pick up the order myself, I am requesting a full refund of the charge.

Please review the task records and communication history and refund the amount charged to my account. I would appreciate confirmation once the refund has been processed.

The 2 guys that delivered my furniture were excellent. Quick and did a great job setting up the pieces.

Professional and in time

Very easy to book what I needed. Driver (Ricardo) was on time, communicative, and respectful. Job was well done. Very pleased and will use service again.
