Communication was good and movers were timely and efficient. Delivery service however damaged several items and boxes and did not inform us of so. We only found out by capturing the damage out the window and then having damage and liquid within several boxes.

Delivery service was personable, punctual, efficient and handled my items with care.

Deliverers caused damage to my apartment and my floors while removing couch. They are definitely inexperienced in moving big furniture and there’s no telling how much experience these people have. 100% would not recommend if you have a small apartment and don’t want to take a risk.

Alphonso and Nana were professional, courteous, and efficient in moving a heavy overstuffed sofa bed from one room, through a small doorway, and into another room. They also moved a king bed from the second floor to the first floor level. I will definitely use the service again. Many thanks. Janet
