I would give you NO STARS
I would give you NO STARS, I would Never use this service. Your definition of installation isn’t installation. Everything I asked them to do they said the Company Police would not allow them to do. You are more interested in not being sued if any went wrong than you are to service/ complete the task you were hired for.- PITIFUL!!
All they did was pick up the refrigerator from Best Buy & drive 10 minutes to my house bring it into my entrance, position it 8 feet from my front door & leave. No unpacking it, no putting it in its proper place no removing the existing refrigerator, —they told me I had to empty the place that spot that it was to go into, they would not plug it in to see if it worked— nor connect it to water source- there was No Installation —VERY POOR

It was a last minute delivery which they pulled through. Incredible!! Thank you thank you. The driver made it way BEFORE the original time which I did appreciate. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

they showed up in the elevator without me even letting them in! (a good thing) and dropped it off in front of my apartment without me asking.

Excellent-- as hoped
The team called to let me know they could be here earlier than planned. Worked out great. They showed up. They were friendly. The set up was perfect. They cleaned up after themselves and left. Everything went as I had hoped.

You can improve by having trucks available and people to make the delivery that was booked.

SCAM ALERT-DO NOT USE
After being charged for the move, the drivers never showed up! They claimed they called me several times and waited at the pick up location for 45 minutes. None of this was true. They drivers lied to taskrabbit, who believed every word. Forget about the customer always being right, taskrabbit took their drivers word for it and took my money! Do not use their service, it is a complete scam to take your hard earned money!
