Delivery person polite and accommodating. Regular notification re delivery timing.

One point: the IKEA rep and notice stated delivery would be 10:30am; Taskrabbit said between 10:30am and 12:30pm. Just a small thing and, that’s on IKEA more so.

All in all great service. Only reason for the 4 star rating is that they didn't show up the first time we had scheduled. The person who came and built my furniture was great and easy going. Definitely will be using ad ordering again.

The guys arrived on time. They were efficient, handled each piece with great care, and were good communicators! Excellent work!

The delivery went well, but it was an odd experience for closure of the delivery. I was not able to come to the door, so asked the driver to leave the items on the porch. After delivery, I received a text message inviting me to tip by responding to the text. I was not sure if it was legit and did not feel comfortable tipping in that way. If I had received a more legit-looking email, I would have left a tip.

Never received my order. Cannot contact Taskrabbit to resolve issues. Only AI Chatbot available and can’t get to anyone.

Vendor didn’t have everything ready for my order. Needed to change delivery date and can’t do so to accommodate the vendor having sufficient supply.

Paid for service and did not receive any service at all. Refund should be applied since I had to go pick up my order.

Bek was friendly and super helpful. Made the job very easy.

The guys that came out were fantastic! I gave them a difficult task of maneuvering and replacing a rug from a very heavy king size bed. They were patient, thoughtful and persistent and when they left everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Movers are not professional. They didnt wrap furnitures with anything to prevent damage. They damaged the walls. They broke a tv and company never covered that damage.

The delivery was very smooth and the deliverer let us know when he was coming. He rang the doorbell and brought all of the shelving inside quickly.

Delivery was never completed fully, (2 of 3 boxes delivered). Tasker and customer service were dismissive and unhelpful and told me Id get an email about the refund investigation and I never did. Feel scammed and ignored. Will never use again and will actively warn everyone I know or have the opportunity to warn and tell them to avoid this service.

It was great how quickly the delivery could be scheduled, as it was a high-urgency job. The only bad thing was there was no van available, and one of the cabinet door panels was damaged upon delivery, possibly from the strap that kept it in the pickup truck. The delivery guys were helpful and friendly, though.

Booked through Caddy Moving. Getting phone support after was not good. Had to call 3 times to get a human, then I had to land up calling Caddy even though it was now taskrabbit. Was oversold / overbilled from initial call when ordered. Expected 2 delivery people, only got 1. Poor guy put in an Twin XL adjustable bed frame by himself. I needed to help him put it in. Not satisfied. Under delivered. Not what I was expecting
