Sie geben das Geld nicht zurück.
Es sind bereits 5 Wochen seit der sofortigen Rückgabe der Tasche meiner Frau vergangen.
Es wurden zwei Beschwerden eingereicht, dass kein Geld eingegangen sei, nachdem das Geschäft zweimal geantwortet hatte, dass die Rückerstattung bereits bearbeitet worden sei.
Die erste Beschwerde, dass das Geld noch nicht auf die Kreditkarte zurückerstattet worden sei, erfolgte vor mehr als einem Monat. Sie bestätigten, dass dies bereits in Bearbeitung sei.
Die zweite Beschwerde erfolgte vor 15 Tagen. Sie bestätigten, dass sie die Rückerstattung angeordnet hätten, was die Bank jedoch bis heute nicht bestätigt hat.
Die zweimal bestätigten Rückerstattungsmaßnahmen haben keine Wirkung gezeigt. Sie erstatten das Geld nicht zurück, obwohl sie bestätigt haben, dass sie die Handtasche in einwandfreiem Zustand erhalten haben und die Rückerstattung vornehmen würden. Entweder lügen sie oder sie leiten einen Prozess ein, den sie nie zu Ende führen.
Die Maße der Tasche, die im Online-Shop angegeben sind, sind NICHT korrekt. Die Abweichungen betragen bis zu 20 %. Auch die Farbe entspricht nicht der Realität.
Ein und dasselbe Taschenmodell, das in verschiedenen Größen angeboten wird, entspricht nicht den Proportionen des Gesamtfotos, mit dem es im Online-Shop identifiziert wird.
Die Tasche wurde nicht benutzt und sofort zurückgeschickt.
Die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen dauert sehr lange.
Die Antworten sind nichtssagend und ohne Inhalt.
Sie suchen nach allen möglichen absurden Optionen und Rechtfertigungen, um sich nicht darum zu kümmern, nicht auf Reklamationen zu antworten und schließlich, obwohl sie die Tasche zurückerhalten haben, das Geld nicht zurückzuerstatten.
Es war und ist weiterhin eine katastrophale, kriminelle Erfahrung, da sie die Tasche erhalten haben und das Geld seit über einem Monat bewusst nicht zurückgeben.

I’ve ordered a Cubist bag. Unfortunately it was too small: the measurements given on the web page include the decoration elements, so that the bag was too small: literally nothing fits there, even a small mobile phone. I’ve returned the bag, and the company confirmed that they’ve received it per WhatsApp. It was more than one month ago (on 4.12.2025). I still didn’t receive my money back. They always write, the money return would happen during the next days. Now nobody answers WhatsApp messages. Does the company still exist?

Malgré un retard de 10 jours, l’équipe a tout mis en œuvre pour garantir une livraison avant Noël. Le sac est superbe et l’emballage impeccable !

Product has damages, they admitted the item is defective, but they’re still refusing to cover the return shipping for a replacement.

Bad workmanship on the products. The Emma bag - leather had faults that weren’t natural. The screws fell out of the clasp connection to the leather on first use which left a big gaping hole. Really poor quality for such a price. The company also questioned me about my experience/ and product and when wanting to send back insisted I pay for the return! I’ve left it so long as got frustrated with the service after the expense of the bag. I’ve kept photos which are date stamped but unable to load. There’s a reason why they’re heavily discounting products in the Black Friday sales. Beware.

Horrible expérience. Le service client ne répond pas malgré de multiples tentatives de contact par email, téléphone et sms depuis une première réponse insatisfaisante. Ils répondent aux avis internet mais c’est tout. Ma commande est annoncée avec 3 semaines de retard au moins sans explications. Demande de remboursement ignorée, de même qu’une proposition d’acheter le sac marqué en stock sur le site en remplacement de la vente showroom.

Un conseil, fuyez cette marque.

Tasche wurde am 19.10.25 bestellt, am 20.10.25 storniert. Ware war noch nicht im Versand. Trotzdem wurde der Betrag Euro 238.00 abgebucht und bis zum heutigen Datum 29.10. nicht erstattet.

Très déçu de mon expérience avec Tammy & Benjamin. J’ai commandé un sac pour l’anniversaire des 30 ans de ma femme : aucune communication pendant plus d’un mois, puis on m’annonce que le produit n’est finalement plus disponible.
Résultat, cadeau manqué et aucune vraie solution proposée, seulement une réduction de 10 %… la même que celle déjà offerte à tout nouveau client sur leur site.
C’est regrettable de la part d’une marque qui se veut haut de gamme et qui ne prend pas la responsabilité de ses erreurs.

Awful experience. I bought my bag almost 2 months ago. When I had no shipping confirmation, they told me the bag would ship in about a week. After a couple more weeks, I checked back in, they said they had no timeline due to supply issues. Again, another couple weeks went by and I check in again only to be told my bag was no longer available and they could refund me in 2-3 weeks or I could get another bag with a small discount. Ridiculous that I had to be the one to check in for updates through this entire process.

The bag I purchased arrived quickly and is lovely. However I got stung by import fees. For a £200 purchase I had to pay over £56 in import fees for leather goods to the UK.
Whilst I appreciate that this is due to UK import laws this detail could have been made clearer on the website and at checkout. Having it hidden away in FAQs isn't good enough. Unfortunately I will not buy from T&M again. A warning out to all UK purchasers to check before they buy.

I finally did receive my Tara marble bag and I think the bag is gorgeous. I really love it. The design is so unique, the color and the marble finish look great. However, the shopping experience was not pleasant at all. I placed my order on July 20. I received a confirmation email stating that I would receive my bag approximately around August 1. However, by July 31, I have still not received any shipping info and I have not heard from the company. So I contacted Tammy and Benjamin to ask and they told me that my shipping had been delayed because a production issue at the workshop in Italy. This surprised me as I had no idea that I was ordering a bag that was not even manufactured at the time. They said that they would get back in touch when the bag was ready for shipping. I waited and waited and got increasingly annoyed and anxious. It took almost a month until they were able to resolve this issue and I received word that my bag was shipped and my bag arrived on August 25 well over a month after placing the order. I think Tammy and Benjamin should inform their customers that they cannot uphold the promised delivery windows, and I also think that they should be reaching out to their customers to inform them when there is a production issue rather than the customers having to reach out and ask about their orders not having been shipped. I also discovered upon reading other trust pilot reviews that this manufacturing issue seems to be a recurring thing with Tammy and Benjamin and they have been having repeated production issues over the past year which I find to be a little strange and troublesome. There are many other customers who had to wait months for their bags, even though the website says bags should be delivered within a pretty short time frame. I’m happy that I did receive my bag and that I do love my bag. But because of the shopping experience, I probably won’t be shopping from Tammy and Benjamin again.
