Absolutely no problem with these guys. Received a bow as a birthday gift (so no receipt) that would have been good for a pro and capable of stopping a charging bison at 200 yards. Bit much for me. Spoke to them, no issues with an exchange for more suitable replacement.

Unfortunately said replacement also had issues (falling to pieces mid shot) but they organised collection and repair/replacement.

Might need a prod by email every now and then but don't we all. If that's the worst you can say about someone they're doing pretty well!

I asked for Saturday delivery then sat in all weekend and even took Monday morning off waiting for delivery, eventually tactical archery contacted me to say they never even posted it late on Monday afternoon! I ordered elsewhere and it got delivered next day no quibbles and a fair bit cheaper even after adding a carry bag to the order - they did refund me promptly though

Ordered a full kit. The order was incomplete but didn't even inform me it was. Then was told they are expecting a delivery in 2 days for ammunition. 4 days past, still no update. Emailed again, only to be told it will be next month. Also they advertised "2 spair magazines" with this kit. They posted out 1 . Avoid this unscrupulous company at all costs.

In my opinion not a genuine company waited 10 days still no item. I've phone, Messaged, emailed multiple times.

This company have great communication and their customer service is excellent. Previous reviews state that this is not the case. I can only express my own personal experience. Any emails that have been sent have been replied too promptly. Have placed my order with them and will update my review accordingly upon receipt of my items .

I placed an order with tactical archery a couple of weeks ago and they didn't dispatch it. They didn't bother contacting me as to why. O had to email them to ask what's going on. Turned out to be an issue with ID. With their help, I cancelled it and reordered. Same thing has happened again. I am now questioning the legitimacy of this company, as to whether they are trying to get out of shipping my item. Contacting them is difficult and when they do get back to you, their reliability and response times are absolutely shoddy. I would steer clear

Ordered a crossbow from TA, item shown as available immediately and their shipping information on the site states available items shipped immediately.
Zero communication nor automated emails for any order updates. Contacted via email and in all honesty the replies have been quick, however i was told that the order was being processed that day and would be with me in 1-2 days. The next morning i followed up with another email due to me still not having any updates showing on site, nor tracking information and was told that there was an issue confirming my address which i find hard to believe as they have a copy of my id required for the purchase of a crossbow and on top of that i would not have been told that the item was confirmed to be going out the day prior if there was an issue. I have requested a full refund and at face value i have been told that this will be actioned in 1-3 days.

Having looked around prior to purchasing, i chose tactical archery as they shown a large stock and quick delivery times. It turns out that this is not entirely truthful i fear.

Edit: I have received my refund in full. Moved from 2 star to 3 star to reflect this.

Only received half my order, when asking tactical archery they said they had to send the rest separately, that was a lie, they now refuse to answer emails, wanting a refund for that item, but their too good for that, they'll lie to you instead then ignore you
Terrible service

Great selection of stuff on website, great bundles for people looking to get everything they need in one package. They are very quick with emails which makes it such a great service.

I ordered a crossbow that run out of stock. The team at Tactical Archery UK offered me a replacement straight away at no extra cost. I broke one of the end caps when I was stringing the crossbow. I ordered a new string for the end caps but, they was the wrong size. I emailed them and they sent me some new ones straight away (the right ones). Even though it was my fault and I told them. Brilliant customer service. You can tell they care about their customers.

They offer goods for sale they don't actually have in stock. After a lengthy period of time they sent a right handed bow for a left handed archer, constant chasing to return the bow. usually about 48 hrs to get a reply which only created more unanswered questions. Eventually got the bow back to them only for them to do nothing until continually chased. I get my money back about a month after the purchase. Great performance. They behave as though they're doing me a favour by allowing me to send them money. Seriously don't bother with this company. I cant believe they actually do this for a living. The only thing stiffer than their wooden performance is the brass neck they have remaining in business. Hopefully one day I'll get my money back if I pester them enough

I placed an order for a crossbow and accessories it came to over 500 pounds. Delivery was meant be within 1-2 days, a week passed and I still didn't receive my package. I called in and spoke to someone who guaranteed that it was getting dispatched the next day.
Another week passed and the items did not arrive, I tried calling multiple times but no one picks up the phone. Yesterday I sent another email saying that if I don't hear from them in 24hrs I will be contacting my credit card company, this morning I received notification that i will be receiving a refund. I havent received an explanation as to why the items weren't dispatched. I am genuinely shocked this business has so many positive reviews. I would stay far away from them if I was you!

I ordered a bow from TA and paid extra for next day shipping. It turned out the item was not in stock and needed to be ordered from the supplier, which, to be fair, they did inform us of no refund for next day shipping. The bow arrived at AT after about a week and we received a tracking number for next day delivery however the item wasn't then sent to the courier for a few days. It eventually arrived about 2 and a half weeks after ordering only to turn out to be the wrong bow, instead being a smaller youth version. I contacted TA once we realised and received a reply asking when it could be collected. I provided times and was told a collection date. That came and went with no courier arriving. I'm pretty sure they didn't get around to organising the collection. I tried calling and emailed a few times but didn't receive a reply or new collection date. In the end, we decided to give the bow to my daughter as we were getting nowhere returning it and her old one developed a fault. In all, the whole interaction took nearly a month and TA didn't manage to replace the bow. Calling was pointless as there was never an answer and their message inbox is always full. Email responses took a few days, if they came. We were lucky that we could use what we sent but otherwise would have had to fight not to be out of pocket. I will not be using them again. By contrast, the shop we got my daughters bow from collected it within 2 days of reporting the fault and refunded within 4 days.

These are without a doubt the best company I've dealt with in this field. They are professional, organised and go all out to ensure that the customer has a good experience with them, giving 110% at all times.
There was a delay in my order arriving from Europe and I was kept up to date and reassured that I hadn't made a mistake by using them. Will use them again for all my archery needs, Cliff.

Customer services is one of the worst that I have dealt with. Unable to contact them not answering their phone at all and limited reply with emails with unsatisfactory reply ☹️☹️☹️

Faulty equipment supplied and order not received ordered a month ago ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Prompt customer service when an issue became apparent. Answered my emails within the hour and products are as described and pictured as shown on their website. Cannot ask for more.

Ordered a crossbow kit with targets and extra bolts, order totaling a few hundred pounds.

It arrived within a week, the tracking number was incorrect despite assurance I was to receive 1-2 working days tracked delivery. Turned up with no warning or tracking or out for delivery anything like that.

Putting the item together the first bolt on the underside of the stock.. it's thread wasn't drilled properly could even get the screw in more than a turn and half. Allen key head round very easily, instructions aren't very clear also.

I contacted by email back and forth with two different people, there replies weren't helpful and filled with false promise and assurances.
Would be lucky to get a reply every couple of days, kept mentioning a replacement part be sent out, this was three weeks ago and is still ongoing.

Extremely bad service any mention of return was overlooked and ignored. Won't recommend to anyone and have a few hundred pounds worth of kit sitting there gathering dust.
I have tried calling the number on the website just keeps ringing endlessly until voicemail, which has no room for messages.

Honestly with the service I have received or rather haven't I am surprised at any good reviews on the website or trustpilot.

Lost for words and left out of pocket, hope they get there act together and sort it out, absolutely ridiculous!!

Scam company I placed an order 7 days ago with next day shipping. haven’t received my item, or a shipping number. I sent an email and was told it would be with me in 1-2 days but still hasn’t arrived. They then proceeded to remove my order on my online account so I now can’t access the shipping ID. Very unhappy do not waste your money with these people.
