Good Customer Support
Over the weekend, the company has since contacted me to make things right. The package was temporarily lost in transit beyond their control, and no blame lay on them. They had been working to get an answer for me, and shipped an additional gift as an apology, on top of recovering my package safely. The online store manager was very kind, and shared my frustration with the delay. I will be shopping here again.
(ORIGINAL REVIEW) I have ordered a Savotta Jaakari L, and Carinthia Defense 1 on the 13th. Shipping label produced the 19th, and as of today the 22nd, it has not yet shipped. I give the website 2 stars for the price of the item. Three stars off for shipping delays with no communication.

I found out about your company from the "Outdoor Gear Review" channel on YouTube.
I found out about your company from the YouTube channel "Outdoor Gear Review". He had great things to say about the Carinthia sleeping bag. I had purchased sleeping bags from Teton and returned them because of bad zippers. So I bought two Carinthia 4 bags and they are great. Lightweight, rugged and great zippers. I was amazed that the UPS shipping costs were under $30 USD to deliver these bags from Riga, Latvia all the way to Fort Worth, Texas so quickly. Thank you and I will be telling my friends about your company. I will also be back to buy some other products from you.
