Fast shipping and amazing customer service
Fast shipping. Contacted me to help me find the correct size after they noticed a problem with my order..as I ordered 2 different types of boots..but went by shoe size and not measurements. They helped me find the right size and had them to the USA in 2 days.

Placed an order for a $450.0+ backpack on 4/15/24. Still waiting for the backpack. Was told by a Diana Dranovska: “Sorry for the delay in response, we had a bad situation with this item, it was damaged during delivery to us, and we were trying to resolve this situation.
We will receive a new batch of goods in May, are you willing to wait a little?
We apologize for this situation, along with the product we will definitely send you a gift for waiting.
If you are not satisfied with something, we can also return your money for the product.”
Never again will I order anything from this company. No response to my second or third inquiry concerning my order after waiting over a month and a half. The date is now 6/9/2024. I believe I was patient with these people.

Regarding the delivery time, this happened because, unfortunately, Venipak does not deliver parcels on weekends.
If you placed an order on Friday and our employee was able to pack the parcel in time, but the courier simply did not have time to pick it up on that day, then delivery began on Monday, and you already received the goods on Tuesday.
*And also, please note that we have a Dispatching time of 1-2 business days, which is noted in the shipping section below each item.
We will of course be improving our service capabilities and looking for weekend delivery opportunities in the near future.
