Took 3 weeks to arrive..
It was a necklace, a tag, and it came after almost 3 weeks and it had scratches all over, looks horrible, probably they make better clothing cuz the accessories are cheap without a price to make up for the quality.
I wrote this and sent it to them when it happend and got no reply, just so u know who you re dealing with if u don t get the quality u expected, or at least the quality that would be considered common sense to get.

You can help with returning items for what ever reason. I bought a sleeping bag that was to small. There was no return shipping receipt with the package. Shipping from my location per UPS will cost $700 USD. HELP.

We understand your feelings that the size of the sleeping bag you ordered from our store did not suit you.
Our employee communicated with you by email and informed you that in accordance with section 23 "Right of withdrawal and Returns" of our Terms of service, within 30 days you can return the product if it does not suit you, but all costs of returning the goods are paid by the buyer.
* The only exception may be the case when there was some mistake on the part of the store or the buyer discovered a defect.
In the product description, we specifically indicated not just the size of the sleeping bag, but also its length in centimeters; there is also a detailed review from our online store about these sleeping bags, so that it would be easier for the buyer to choose the appropriate model and size.
We are really very sorry that this situation happened to you, but for our part, as a seller, we did everything in our power and got in touch with you from the first moment you contacted us.
