I redeemed 160 3 days ago it haven’t got approve or nothing then you got email customer support there no chat and they don’t email you back I’m starting to think this a scam site

I submitted a redemption and it says SUCCESSFUL. Reached out to them via email because I haven't received it in my bank account yet and they said they don't see a redemption on their ends. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I just received a vague, automated email stating I am permanently suspended because my activity "doesn't align with the fair play spirit." They refused to provide a specific reason, cited no specific rule I broke, and gave me zero warning. I purchased my welcome bonus and got up to $100 and wanted to withdraw went through the process and after that, that’s when they sent me the email from their financial team saying. That activity that I had didn’t align with their fair play so they just took my hundred dollars. And they had a nerve to call it bonus abuse I didn’t abuse anything.

I purchased a package for 49.99 and it shows pending since April 4th. I have emailed them 6 times asking about the funds taken out of my account and showing pending for the last 3 days but no response at all. My bank told me to wait 7 business days and if no response they’ll deal with it and return my money. How disappointing!!

So far horrible experience. 100 redemtion been pending for 4 days. Looks like i will never recieve it after reading many reviews. It was won off of money i deposited and to make it worse when i checked my bank account the amount was deducted twice. I never recieved the double sc from sweeplasvegas. Hopefully they come thru.. seems they have for some people.

Wish I would of looked on here before making a purchase. Bought a welcome package they took my money and I got nothing. No response on help. Just got ripped straight off. Don't use . They need to be shut down!

Not only have I been waiting on my redemption for like 2 weeks now, they only let you redeem $100 ONE TIME EVER off free bonuses, unless you deposit.
Maybe I’d deposit if I had more faith in the redemption process but I’m afraid so far I don’t.

UPDATE: I received payout this week. So, those of you wondering the legitimacy... they do EVENTUALLY pay out. However, 5-6 months is quite ridiculous. Unless there are some big changes, I don't intend to ever redeposit into this site.

Submitted a redemption over a month ago. Customer service just gives the same generic and scripted response. Starting to wonder if I will ever receive my payout.

I will update/delete if I ever receive payment.

Put a few hundred on the site and won a pretty big amount only for it to never to be able to redeem it. Set there for weeks and weeks and just the same thing responses from the support which wasn't much besides saying be patient they are having a lot of people redeem high amounts. I should of read the reviews before putting money on the site so that's on me. I just asked for my account to be deleted and won't waste any more money on this site. Never had a site not give me my winnings. Anyways beware of the this one!!!

Don’t expect to ever get your winnings. Don’t expect customer service to ever reply to you either.

Update: Site states that it takes 24-48 hours to review and process card redemptions. It has now been 15 days since my initial redemption, which I canceled and then resubmitted after 5 days, and it has been 10 days since my second attempt.

Great deals and great games. Ive had a few successful redemptions and customer support has been pretty decent. You really can't find better deals tbh. Play responsibly and you shouldn't have any issues here.

This is easily hands down the worst casino that I have ever been on I have $520 right now within two redemptions and my first one has been sitting there for 8 or 9 days I've heard nothing back from the company except for one email when I've emailed them numerous times threatening to call the better Business bureau on them and they won't even reply to that when you won't reply to an email what someone threatening your company That's when I know you do not care at all this is absolutely absurd but it's okay because I've already called the better Business bureau so this place is going to have a lot of problems I want my money

This casino is awful and support is even worse. I have now been waiting 6 weeks for a redemption of 100 dollars. This was not free money or free plays, I deposited to play here. Customer service tells me the same thing each time I contact them.
