I have been waiting since May for $100 redemption. Its almost November. Yet they still send promotional email and notifcations. They dont pay.

Still waiting on my redemption after 2 weeks,I can not get a hold of customer service,I would NOT reccomend this casino to anyone.

this people are just fraud, i bought a coin package, completed the playthrough, verified my account and started a redemption request… not even 5 hours later i get an email from their finance team saying my account was banned due to bonus abuse…. I COULD HAVE LOST THAT MONEY THE SAME WAY I WON! i cleared the playthrough, and won in a legal way… AT ALL COST avoid this casino… they WONT pay you, i started a claim with bbb and the attorney office of delaware but this people only ignores the claims… i started a dispute with my bank so i can get my money back, because they clearly won’t pay me, never not even once the finance team replied to me after i contacted them receiving that generic AI email they sent saying my account was banned.

Submitted a redemption on September 16th. Over a month later it is still pending. Their customer service doesn't respond. I canceled the redemption and resubmitted which I'm now realizing was a mistake and will push me back in the queue even farther.

FBI should seize their bank accounts and remit payments to their customers ASAP. Otherwise it's theft.

Sweep LasVegas are fraud, scammers and thieves. I purchased a package and then proceeded to win and redeem $170. Went back to the website to check the status of the redemption but i couldn’t because they DELETED MY ACCOUNT! They didn’t send my my money for the purchase, didn’t send my redemption, and didn’t send any email stating why they deleted my account. I emailed them they are not reaponding. Reported the to the FTC and the BBB and about to find whoever licensed them and report it to them. DO NOT PLAY HERE.

Don’t use this site! They take FOREVER to redeem. I’ve waited for a whole month and so far have gotten NOTHING and every single msg says “we’re sorry but we don’t have an update but our finance team is looking into it and your redemption is in the Que” 🙄

Sweeplasvegas: Unacceptable Delays, Unpaid Redemptions, and Endless Verification Requests

I am absolutely fed up with the way Sweeplasvegas has handled my account and my money.

I have TWO outstanding redemptions: one dating back to May 5, 2026, and another from October 20, 2026. My first redemption has been pending for nearly six months. This is beyond unacceptable.

Your support team keeps asking me to submit documents for verification, even though my account was already verified. I have cooperated with your requests and even submitted my birth certificate. I have provided the documents you requested, yet my problem remains unresolved.

How many more documents do you need? How many times must I prove my identity before you finally release the money I am owed?

I have contacted you repeatedly, but instead of receiving a solution, I get more requests for documents, followed by silence. No clear explanation, no meaningful response, and no resolution.

This is not acceptable customer service. Players should not have to chase their own money for months while repeatedly being asked to verify an account that has already been verified.

I want a clear explanation of why my redemptions have not been paid, written confirmation of my verification status, and an immediate resolution of BOTH outstanding redemptions.

I am posting this review because other players deserve to know about my experience before trusting Sweeplasvegas with their money.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Stop asking me for the same documents, stop ignoring my complaints, and resolve this issue. I have done my part. Now it is time for Sweeplasvegas to do yours and pay the money I am owed.

I expect a proper response and a real solution, not another request for documents or another empty promise

I keep asking about my redemption and till date nothing from them. It's a complete waste of money and time. They don't pay and support are irresponsive. I'm now stick with VINE HASH. I have been making enough profits with them and my payouts has been constant and timely.

I would give it zero stars if it was an option. Initially waited 2 months for redemption when I was instructed to try a different redemption type. Did so and was contacted by support that I should not have cancelled redemption to do a new one because it sent me back to beginning of queue. Have now been waiting over 3 months. In the process of sending formal litigation to their parent company in Delaware.

Unfortunately, this site is just not legit. DO NOT waste your money. They don’t pay but they are full of responses to put you off. I keep asking about my redemption and I keep getting pushed off. There are many real sites that pay in a few hours - this is not one of them.

I waited 10 days for a redeemtion and nothing happened. Cancelled and retired the minimum $100 bank transfer. Fingers crossed I get it one day. I did a $100 crypto withdrawal and they didn't ask me for an account or type of crypto, went straight to pending. Removing them from my list.

This company is a scam. I played and referred my daughter and she bought a package and won she hasn't been paid and neither have I. I would advise not playing here. They do not pay and the only message is an automated message every time. If they do pay ,I will update this review..

I have been waiting since July 30 for my $160 redemption. I have been giving the same generic response. I am reporting SweepLasVegas. I will not stop until they are shut down. They are moving just like the money factory. You should not be allowed to take our money. I will keep reporting to the FTC and BBB.

They take your money with no issues, but will not process any redemptions. By far the longest I have seen in the industry. Going on over a month now since my redemption was requested, and nothing but radio silence. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

Still waiting on my redemption. It's been 2 weeks so far. I have emailed customer service several times and have been told it's being processed. We shall see. I wish I had read the reviews on here. It's frustrating because the casino is great, with tons of the best games and really seems legit. Will update if anything changes.

Finally paid me i but that was way too long...I think I figured out how to make them pay but I think they still will be to long for me...but they do pay not totally a scam..

The casino has some great games and I would play here if the following could be corrected.
Redemption - I redeemed on 10/4/26. I have not received my winnings.
Customer support- customer support seems/is nonexistent. I emailed and I never got a response.
If you expect your redemption to be handled in a timely manner, this is not the site to play.

I've been waiting since June 24 2026 for my 400 dollar redemption and still nothing I get same replys over and over every time I email them and nothing has ever came of it don't waste your money will not pay

It is crazy to me how they manage to send multiple emails daily advertising packages and missions, but don't actually pay out and have nothing but canned responses when asking about redemptions. Shame on me for not checking reviews.
