I had a phone call the morning of the delivery to say the van had broken down. Luckily the van was fixed the same day and the sleepers were delivered on the expected delivery date. Great communication and excellent sleepers.

Good comms and delivery.
Product was a bit shabby. Chunks of wood split from the sleepers and a couple of sleepers warped so couldn’t use them. Some have large cracks in them. All in all, ok.

This is the first time I’ve used this company great delivery and customer service and most of all great prices will definitely be using again and would definitely recommend

It was easy to look through on line to decide what was wanted. It was slightly difficult to check how thick the item was and therefore how firm it would be. (Netting to cover a fruit tree)

Very good quality fence panels, at a reasonable price. However, some of them came up a bit narrow, which was a slight problem in installation onto existing concrete posts.

Where do i start?

Ordered via sure green because of their delivery timescales. 3-7 days delivery.... That is absolute rubbish.

I called up (1 hour on hold) before the items shipped to add more to the order, and was told repeatedly they would check if the courier could take more and let me know... no response. however, i was told, the order will be with me on Sunday, so rather than cancelling, I decided to buy the additional sleepers from a local supplier for Monday delivery.

Come Sunday, no delivery, waited a week to be contacted, no contact. So I emailed to cancel the order, no response. The only response i recived was after i had raised a paypal case for my money back. The reposne was pretty immediate. Asking me to close the paypal case and they will give me a refund.

I thought okay, let me do that. Went to close it and paypal noted you would lose their protection if you close it and it is not resolved, so i didnt close it. The sure green team then tried to suggest becuase they had shipped it they would also not refund me the cost of delivery.

But the worst part of the order, they then lied to suggest the delivery company had been texting me and I've ignored it. insane, I'm here desperately needing the good to complete work and get a skip returned while they say i am ignoring texts for delivery... you cannot make it up.

Anyway, long story short, i ignored their responses from then on and let PayPal close the case in my favour returning all of my money...

The moral of this story, pay by credit card or PayPal to be protected whilst getting your money back via the chargeback/resolution centre and leave this mob well alone.

Great price. Free and very prompt delivery. Very helpful delivery driver. Good communication all round. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
