2nd time now I have complained
2nd time now I have complained, once directly to Sure Green and via this website. Still have not bothered to contact me to discuss the issue with the driver deliberately moving chink link fencing to stop vehicles driving on my grass and chewing it up. To make it worse the driver tried to put the chain link back to cover up what they did.
I WILL NOT BE USING A COMPANY THAT CAN NOT BE BOTHERED TO EVEN DISCUSS MY COMPLAINT... RUBBISH!!!!!

Ordered bags of woodchip and from the moment I placed the order to the delivery of the items, I can't fault the process. Order was shipped promptly and I was able to track the delivery to the minute using their app. Delivery driver was really friendly and helpful putting the bags in my garage. Prices were so much better than other websites and will 100% be coming back in the future. Highly recommended!

Railway Sleepers- Problems with Honey and Bracket Fungus
On 20th May 2021 I ordered 24 no. Oak sleepers from Suregreen which were promptly delivered and I set about constructing 3 raised beds. The timber appeared to be of reasonable quality. Although some sleepers exhibited a degree of distortion and could have been better regularised, with careful selection, matching curvatures and variation in height dimensions,I was able to achieve a decent job and was pleased with the end result. The following season honey fungus started to appear in large quantities, soon to be followed by very heavy growths of bracket fungus. This is in a garden with no previous history of this problem. A short time later I constructed a raised bed in another garden using oak sleepers from a local timber merchant and there have been no problems.I am wondering if other Suregreen customers experienced this problem which now requires constant attention to keep under control. If I construct any more raised beds I would consider treated softwood to be a safer bet.

Spent about £300 buying their GR14 grass reinforcement mesh so that I could park my car on my front lawn. Followed their instructions for installing it to the letter! After a few weeks of parking on the grass, it has again become a mud pit where the wheels are! Absolute waste of money!
UPDATE 1/11/2023: Been having email correspondence with them with this matter . Basically they've closed their company down (sure-green ltd) and are now trading under "origin sure-green Ltd". So no way of getting my money back. This company reminds me of those dodgy back alley garages that sell faulty cars. Then change their company name so they don't have to give a refund!

This company has gone into administration but they are still trading under the old name and company number.
I ordered £800 worth of fence panels from them and they all arrived cracked.
I have been trying to get replacements or a refund for 4 months but keep being fobbed off with lame excuses.
Take you chances at your own peril. You will have nightmare for months!

Great little gem of a place
As I live local I went to their yard. Everywhere was spotless, staff were very respectful, courteous, and kind. Items purchased were a very good price. I can’t comment on delivery of course as I didn’t use it. Will definitely use again, thank you all for a very pleasant experience 👍

I placed an order with delivery in 5-9 days. After 9 working days I had to call them to ask for an update and they said they didnt have the stock but once they get it, they will send info about delivery. Sorry but thats just not good enough.

Do not buy from Suregreen
Do not buy from Suregreen. They have gone into administration which means they are unable to process my refund without referring it to the administrator. Part of my order that they could not deliver requires refunding. However because it has been referred to the administrator they are not clear whether I will get my money back.

Great delivery and service
We were fortunate to have a quick delivery of our fence panels which we were not expecting,so that was a nice surprise as we were aware it would take longer.
Steve the delivery driver was professional and polite which was really refreshing. Just from this brief contact with Suregreen I would definitely order again.

I have made 3 orders from Suregreen and I'm more than happy. One delivery was 7.30am on a Sunday and the others I've had to wait for. I am more than happy with the service, and the wood delivered....the decking is great.

Excellent service and product
Excellent service and product - I was kept totally up to date with the status of my delivery and could track the van on the day of my delivery - the driver was very polite and helpful and advised how to store the panels (which way up) to keep them in good condition - he handled the panels very carefully and the panels themselves are an exact match for what I need, very sturdy and a good price. I chose to write this review as I had such a positive experience and was surprised to see a few negative reviews - this could be a case of people writing reviews when they have had a bad experience and not bothering when they have had a good experience. I would recommend this company.

No sign of my delivery
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering - story keeps changing as to why my order has not been completed. Not enough drivers, now not in stock. Emails are ignored, promised call updates from the customer service manager that do not happen. Landscaping project is now delayed as contractors have had to move on to other jobs. Why continue to take orders you cannot fulfill?

Avoid avoid avoid. Ordered and was told delivery 5-9 days. Delivery took nearly double the max time stated, and we had to chase a couple of times - finally told "we'll be in your area soon". So delivery appears to be a lottery when you order. My front garden was left unfinished for nearly two weeks because of this.
When the goods arrived, there was no knock at the door (and we know as we were both in but upstairs), and the delivery driver left all our goods in the front garden all over the brand new slate just put in, as opposed to the driveway which had plenty of room. Lazy and careless - either the driver was over loaded or just bad at their job, either way not good enough.
Goods appear to be OK in quality - haven't used them yet as the weather is now awful and I can't get out there. If only they had been delivered when promised, I would not have missed the sunshine...
TLDR - quality of goods seems OK, very poor delivery times and shoddy delivery service.

Placed an order on the 26th of July
Placed an order on the 26th of July. Received an email on the 8th of August saying they don't have the decking in stock but could deliver the remainder of the order and they will refund the difference. Enquired about the refund on the 9th of August. Got a reply saying 3 working days the way I paid. Still no refund and today is the 17th of August. I need the money back so I can order elsewhere.

Dissatisfied and frustrated by non delivery
This company needs to sharpen up their act. It’s all very well advertising competitively priced products but if they can’t deliver its a waste of everyone’s time and makes it impossible to schedule projects.
A week ago, having already chased up my fencing panels delivery which were overdue, I was informed on the phone they would be delivered today but received no written confirmation. I have called the company this morning to check that they are out for delivery and been informed they are not. able to deliver. Dissatisfied hardly sums uo my feelings, I have now cancelled the Order. Buyer beware !
