I needed some mesh panels for a garden project, and Suregreen had what I was looking for at a decent price.

Order placement was a simple task, and this was soon followed up with an acknowledgment.
Unfortunately the communication then went quiet. I left it 2 or 3 days and decided to chase the delivery, and was duly advised that it would the next day.
I was advised the driver would confirm the delivery in the day, and this happened as expected, even if the delivery was pretty early (approx 6.45am!) Not that this was an issue to me as I work from home and am up well before that, and would much rather have received delivery at that end of the day 👍🏻

A generally good experience, would I use Suregreen again if needs be - yes, but constructive criticism would be just tighten up the communication a bit please.

Very bad on delivery, they just make fun of me and they don't care, my first delivery was one month after calling several times and now the second delivery is going on the same direction. I never gonna order from them again. Very bad company.

Communication to this company can be very poor as they don't respond to your emails . struggled to get a delivery due to the shipping company they use .Also ordered £25.00 pack of hex screws which wasn't delivered with my order. when i emailed for them to be sent .I have been completely ignored no response,no apology no refund and no screws .You may find a better service with another company

Ordered eight days ago 48 hour delivery nothing received no reply to my emails it looks like I'll have to rely on Barclaycard to get my money back
30th June just had Suregreens reply, They say this is the first they've heard of my complaint which is disingenuous. On the 22nd June Jo Davies at Suregreen opened a complaint under reference 187916 and said she would get back to me. She didn't.

Easy to order online came within the said time frame great service and product

Ordered 2 x 50m rolls of chicken wire on Friday, mid morning. Standard delivery option and they arrived at 1100 on Saturday morning. Allowed me to dog proof neighbours new fence sooner than expected. Extremely pleased with the service.

The order arrived quickly. The Website was easy to use. The mesh panel we bought is perfect as a trellis and is strong enough to have a foot of its height rigid over the wall it is attached to, for better privacy. I would definitely have no hesitations in using Suregreen Limited again. Thank you.

I ordered fence posts and rails and some nails to make the order up to the minimum for free delivery. On receipt of my online order I was informed that the rails were not in stock. I was a little put out as I had planned to start the job the following week. After a week had passed I phoned to chase up the order and was informed that it would be at least another week before the rails were in stock and then a few more days before they would be out for delivery so I requested that the posts and nails be sent asap and that the rest of the order to be cancelled.
I received an immediate refund for the rails. The posts and nails were received a few days later and I managed to buy rails locally.
I thought that was the end of the matter but about 2 weeks later the company tried to deliver the cancelled rails. Fortunately I was able to stop the delivery but I must say it made the company look to be incompetent. The fence posts were however of excellent quality and very good value.

Poor delivery and communication.
Need posts quickly to dog secure my garden for new puppy
Bought posts on 14th with advertised delivery of 16th/17th but arrived on the 23rd
Advised late due to local courier delays and they said tracking showed that. BUT despite 3 requests they failed to provide Courier details and tracking number so I couldn't check myself. They just ignored my requests and kept saying they would let me know when being delivery arranged which hey didnt do. Appalling customer service especially as the items were fine when arrived!!

I ordered some fence posts and some arris rails online and found it very easy to navigate the website. The prices were reasonable and the delivery price was fair. The items arrived when stated and the communication from Suregreen was excellent.

Delivery was on time and packaged very well.
I had to remove a couple of slats and reposition due to there being gaps and also had to cut off the surplus timber that overhang the edge of the panel where the batons are too long and not cut to the correct length.
I need a 6ft h x 3ft wide panel to finish off and would like the same fencing but am unsure if you would A. Deliver one panel
B. If there is any quality control in place to ensure the panel is of good quality?

I bought railway sleepers and some bamboo poles. The order process and delivery was excellent.

I recently bought a number of sleepers from suregreen.
We ( both myself and suregreen ) had an issue with the delivery company. Nothing to do with suregreen, it was all the fault of the courier. I called suregreen a few times and they couldn't have been better. They sorted out my delivery with the professionalism and humour it required.

Ordered on 8th May, I still have the items sat on my driveway waiting to be collected so I can be refunded as they were incorrectly advertised on their website.

Ontop of that, they don't respond to e-mails, very unprofessional. I'll be escalating this further if it's not sorted as this is ridiculous. Avoid at all costs

Plastic mesh arrived on time and exactly as described. Just what I needed and when I needed it. Will use this supplier again.
