Very good. The manager was very helpful.

The GR14 grass protection system was easy to lay and it is now being tested. Whilst we are no longer being waterlogged, we are keen to see if this product works over the next winter season. So far it has helped keep the grass from being ripped out by cars using the parking area.

I am very pleased with the quality and price of the fence materials (featheredge, arris rails, fence posts and gravel boards) delivered by Suregreen. We put the fence up without any hitches and it looks great. The service was excellent - I was even able to add to the order at a later date without much hassle. The delivery was well communicated and we were able to track it all the way.
Very pleased.

I think it has been the best buying experience I have had.Joanna was so on the ball, needed proforma payment link 10mins . Ordered Monday delivered Wednesday. Was living in hope I would get it Friday. Haven't installed the mesh fencing yet, but looks good quality. And it was a good price. Perfect. Thanks

Came in to buy compost and the trade counter staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and the helpful forklift driver put the bags into my car ! All round great experience, I won’t hesitate to come back and buy from them again!

From start to finish Sure Green were great. The products supplied have been top notch and at a competitive price. The Senior Sales and Customer Care Associate Jo, has been super helpful and efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy fencing materials.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago with free delivery within 2-5 days. The fence panels still have not arrived. I have not had any communication from the company, I had call last week to find out what is happening with my order. I was advised they were manufacturing the panels and my order would be ready Tuesday. Absolutely poor service and communication from Sure-green, I bought from this company to support a local business.

Happy with the ease of the ordering process and price, but delivery process was appalling. Contacted by the courier on the Friday, and requested delivery on the Wednesday afternoon, as this was when my partner would be at home to take receipt. At this point no mention was made of the delivery window being between 7am and 5pm, and requesting an afternoon delivery slot would cost an additional £78. (£78!!!?). Also not mentioned that the 2 people present to unload doesn't include the driver. I've had many deliveries of this type in the past, but never encountered such a dumb, impractical policy as the driver not being able to assist in the unloading. So, the day of delivery arrives and I receive an email informing me that the delivery will be made between 09.13am and 13.00, when nobody would be at the property to collect. I contacted Suregreen customer services to ask why my order was being delivered before I had requested it, which is when I was informed about the £78 'timed' delivery fee (which incidentally is the same fee for redelivery, and forcancellation, should I be unhappy with the service). My partner contacted Suregreen on my behalf at this stage, as I had to work (the concept of other people having jobs to go I'm certain is difficult to for some delivery companies to comprehend) and managed to arrange a redelivery at a reduced rate. Why we had to pay for a redelivery at all remains the biggest irritation.
The day for redelivery arrives and myself, and my partner wait at home all day for a truck to arrive. Eventually after 10 hours of waiting, and a few frustrated phone calls, the truck arrives with our pallet. By this time I am on my own as my partner has gone out, so it's just me and the driver, who was very courteous and polite, and probably the only positive about my entire experience with Suregreen.
So in summary, I will not be ordering from Suregreen again, nor recommending them to any other unsuspecting customers. In all, a thoroughly abysmal service.

Note to self: always check Trustpilot first! Placed my order, which said 2-5 working days delivery, then found out this is in fact postcode dependant. They would deliver when in our area, which meant 7 days after placing the order, to then be notified a day before the delivery date that it was cancelled due to a vehicle breakdown, I understand some things can't be avoided, but was then told we can't tell you when we will deliver but will keep you updated. Not great when you have people booked in to do work! Replied via email and requested a refund. Response was sorry for the inconvenience and we have processed your refund. I will say the refund came through in the timeframe stated, but a very disappointing experience so will not be using again or recommending. Website definitely needs updating with clear information regarding delivery timeframes being dependant on where you live, and I am not even in a far reaching place of the UK, had I been i would have understood the delay.

Avoid this company I ordered and paid for my order and at no time did the website tell me it was a preorder until I received an email saying it was out of stock. I placed my order on 26 April and it still hasn’t arrived on the 14 May the stock came in on the 8th May and was meant to be delivered on the 12 May I spent the day watching the tracking I got to number 2 on the list and then the driver had an issue. I had to contact them to ask why it was not delivered and sure green told me they were sending my order out on a priority this is taking 3/4 days. This was my second and last order with this company my first order was excellent.

I ordered an item that was never received. This seems a common occurrence when you read the reviews.
To say suregreen were disinterested is an understatement...they couldn't care less and didn't help at all. I've had to contact the courier myself to launch an investigation. Really bad customer service. Would never use again.

I had a delivery on sat 30th March and wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all. The product was great but not only that, your service from initial contact, to ordering, tracking and two great helpful guys delivering was excellent.
Lots of companies could certainly 'take a leaflet out of your book'!

Never had a problem before but very disappointed with your courier
There tracking system doesn’t work properly states my delivery is sitting on a vehicle 30 hours ago the depot is only 1 hour from my door
Tried calling them held on the phone for 20 minutes no answer only to be cut off
I contacted sure green by email was told it would be delivered that day 24 hours later still waiting
Stayed in for 3 days

Placed an order for 5 bulk bags of top soil, 2 to 5 working day for delivery. Website takes your order then email says its out of stock. 4 phonecards later a week to restock and a week then for deliver. All you do is sell mud...

We called into Suregreen this afternoon as we needed some wire mesh for our rehabilitated owls and birds of prey pre release aviary. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted but the man serving us got us several different types/sizes of mesh to look at and was extremely helpful and patient while we tried to make a decision. The young man that brought the mesh out and loaded our car was also very happy to help. We’ve used Suregreen before online but not in person, I’d definitely recommend as customer service is excellent.

Ordered, paid, nothing. Emailed 3 times over the weeks, 1 reply that gave NO information where my good were. Placed order and paid on the 29th Feb.

Shocking service, I am STILL waiting for what I paid for.

Website states 2-5 days. I ordered Sunday evening hoping for delivery by the end of the week (Friday). This company wasn't the cheapest but I purely ordered based on the delivery timeframes.

I emailed and called in on Wednesday as I still hadn't received any tracking information or dispatch confirmation. The lady on the phone however was polite but stated the goods won't be with us until Sunday; we needed to complete the job by Sunday.

The reason I ordered was because the website states 2-5 days delivery which in our instance wasn't the case unfortunately.
