Good quality fence panels at a great price. Had to wait several weeks to get them though but they were worth it in the end.

Garden gear
I needed new garden canes. I was surprised at the low cost and the quick delivery.
These are good quality canes and not old stock. Delivery costs are reasonable.

Perfect
Ordered some Green weld mesh to go onto our front gates and to deter the dogs from getting out. Absolutely perfect. Quick delivery, and he colour just blends in with our dark stained gates. Very pleased. And the dogs can't escape.

Avoid this company I ordered and paid…
Avoid this company I ordered and paid for my order and at no time did the website tell me it was a preorder until I received an email saying it was out of stock. I placed my order on 26 April and it still hasn’t arrived on the 14 May the stock came in on the 8th May and was meant to be delivered on the 12 May I spent the day watching the tracking I got to number 2 on the list and then the driver had an issue. I had to contact them to ask why it was not delivered and sure green told me they were sending my order out on a priority this is taking 3/4 days. This was my second and last order with this company my first order was excellent.

Upon looking into your order I can see that unfortunately you had placed a pre order on the website and unfortunately the day the order was out for the delivery our driver had an incident on the road which was out of our control so we can only apologise for this. I can see this order was delivered for you with DX on the 15th of May.

Ordered garden netting which was an excellent price, but the delivery company (Evri) lost it in transit. contacted Suregreen about the delayed delivery and they promptly dispatched a new order, excellent customer service. Only slightly downrated them because of the delivery company which was not there fault

Great company to deal with. My order was out of stock but they contacted me quite quickly and the order was processed quickly. It's a pity the evri driver and company was so sloppy with my foods. The packaging was badly damaged and suregreen offered a replacement but no need as goods were intact. Great customer service from them.

Used twice with no problems
We've used Suregreen twice recently.
The first time, we knew the product we ordered online was out of stock so we selected 'pre-order'. After placing the order online, we received an email to inform us of the date the product was due back in stock and asked if we wanted to wait or would prefer to cancel or select another product. We opted to wait and were advised that our order would be made priority. It arrived the day after it arrived back in stock.
On the second occassion, we made a mistake when we placed the order online. We telephoned straightway to explain that we had selected the incorrect item. There was no problem amending the order over the telephone and the staff were very helpful. Again, the delivery was very prompt.
We wouldn't hesitate to use Suregreen again.
