Cannot fault Suregreen, delivery to my customer was on a Sunday, driver was extremely helpful and customer service from Suregreen exemplary. Only downside was I tried to call them on the Monday to pass on my thanks to their driver and no one answered the phone. Other than that wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

Awesome service from placing my order to delivery
I don't usually write reviews but felt it important to celebrate the fantastic experience ordering from Suregreen. I had a complex order to place and their sales advisor, Adrian, was exceptional. He not only helped me determine the best materials he also moved heaven and earth to have the delivery arrive early. The delivery driver, Simon, was also a total gem. He arrived on time and had a can-do attitude offloading the order in a not so accessable place. I cant recommend this team enough and am really grateful to Adrian and Simon for making this such an easy process.

Excellent service.
Goods were received within a week of ordering. Quality of canes was generally good, although two (out of fifty) had suffered insect damage and shattered. The canes were left on my pathway but no-one rang the door bell to let know they were there. Other than that, communications (by email) were very good. Altogether, I would recommend.

Delivery was super quick and efficient
Delivery was super quick and efficient. I looked around a lot at other companies and these were the cheapest around and good quality. Due to the amount I needed, I was also able to get free delivery which was a bonus as most places will charge and extortionate rate for this. I’ll be needing some more in the future and will definitely be ordering from here again.
