Very easy to deal with, a great range and very competitive pricing. Delivery fees aren’t too bad but can take a little longer due to the distance for the cheaper options.

I've read some negative reviews but most of them at least had a reply from Super-Hobby. I haven't even received a reply after several emails and internal messages. My order never arrived and they don't answer my emails. This is the typical company that when things work fine no problem, but if you have a problem you're fkcd...

Netjes afgehandeld, besteld en twee dagen later tijdig afgeleverd. Artikelen waren goed verpakt in een stevige omdoos. Een aanrader, de webshop heeft een ruime keuze en betaling kan via verschillende betalingsmogelijkheden. Men kan ook zelf bepalen met welke koeriersdienst het pakket verstuurd wordt.

Wederom top bestelling. Aanbod is er super. Veel verschillende merken verf, maar ook veel bouwpakketten. Verzending is ook top. In een paar dagen thuis ontvangen

First time using Super Hobby from the UK. Awesome range of products, most importantly for me the Mr Hobby colour modulation sets and the larger 23ml jars of tamiya paints which I have trouble getting near me. Shipping took a few weeks however this was communicated to me from the moment of purchase and item was delivered, well packaged and protected, during the period it was due to arrive. Really happy and will shop here again. Highly recommended!

Soy cliente habitual de vuestra empresa i mi hobby son las maquetas de motos.recientemente e comprado el modelo honda CB 1300 super boldor de la marca fujimi. Vaya desastre de maqueta, piezas conglomerados con una calidad de detalle pésima, además dudo de que la escala 1/12 sea correcta, no me extenderé pero no sé la recomiendo a nadie

OPGELET: dit is een niet te vertrouwen firma. Mijn bestelling is nooit geleverd en is finaal terug op het verzendadres (in Polen) terecht gekomen. Uiteraard vraag ik mijn betaald bedrag terug. Met beweert teruggestort te hebben wat pertinent onwaar is.
Dus opgelet, hier wordt je opgelicht.

First time user of Super Hobby (Poland) but will have no hesitation in using them again. Great prices, very fair postage costs, excellent communications. Items delivered well packaged and exactly how they were described. I used the cheapest postage option as I was in no rush - order delivered within 2 weeks.

Très satisfait du vendeur . Envoi rapide , prix compétitifs ,très bien emballé , et surtout une très bonne communication avec le vendeur qui a été très compréhensif et a su régler très vite la problématique de la détérioration partielle des articles lors du transport.

I made an order and payed for it. After waiting too long past the estimated shipping date and with no further update from super-hobby I sent an email asking what is the status of the order. They replied that they could not find the item I had ordered, despite it being in stock at the time of the order and asked me if I wanted a refund or something else. I chose the refund and in a few days I received most of my money back, since I was charged for the refund's bank transfer. I would have no problem with this if the fault was mine, but they let me order something that was not actually in stock and the order was to be cancelled from the start.

7+ days after estimated shipping date and the parcel is not even in the country (sent from Poland to the UK).
A genuine delivery time estimate of 2-3 weeks when placing an order would be helpful!

Sehr dubios und vor allem unsicher - ich habe den Kauf dann abgebrochen und die Bestellung storniert.

Whenever i want to order multiple scalemodels for a diorama i would have to buy each one at a different website which means the shipping cost is insane and because the models i make are usually pretty obscure, most websites don't have all of them in stock or even in their selection, but this website almost always has everything i need in their selection and 9/10 times it's in stock!, the times it isn't in stock you can check the availability history to get an idea as to when it might be back.

Another thing i like about this website is the fact that it shows all the contents in the box, that way you know if there are any options for making different version of the model, if the instructions are any good, what decals you get, painting guides and so forth.

Best scale model shop in the EU. Sent a question and got my answer at 23.30 : ) That is great customer service. The prices are great and shipping is low enough that you don't have to worry about getting everything in 1 order. I wish all webshops were like this one. I have at least 10 orders finished and no bad experiences
