Steeds netjes mail over de voortgang van mijn bestelling.
Alles zeer correct afgehandeld, verpakt en verzonden vanuit hun magazijn in Polen!!.
Zelfs de verpakking en verzending vanuit Polen duurde totaan de levering slechts 3 dagen.
Een volgende bestelling zal ik beslist weer bij hun plaatsen.

La unica vez que compre una maqueta a superhobby fue. Un M548 de afvclub 1/35 y quedé perfectamente satisfecho es una empresa seria y que atiende muy bien a sus clientes ahora he pedido un Leopard 2 A8 a 1/35 y espero seguir pensando igual y síes asi compraré otra maqueta En este mes de Diciembre espero quedar muy complacido

Over 3 months ago I placed an order. I paid through PayPal. They never shipped it. This wasn't my first order. They shipped the previous orders fine. But this wasn't, for some reason, possibly something was out of stock. I was eventually able to secure a refund and place a new order. Overall they did a good job of responding to the problem. Will buy from them again.

Il negozio è ben fornito: hanno una vasta sezione riguardo ad ogni tipo di modello, ed i prezzi sono relativamente contenuti
Sono riuscito a trovare il modello dell'Akagi in scala 1/700 prodotto dalla Fujimi, difficilmente reperibile online se non a prezzi esorbitanti e/o in negozi al di fuori dell'Unione Europea.
Dato che mi sto riavvicinando all'hobby, ne ho anche approfittato per prendere molti degli accessori utili come tronchesi, colle, ecc...
Tutto arrivato nel giro di una settimana

Unico lato negativo: l'imballo é arrivato piegato, ma fortunatamente la merce è in perfette condizioni!

Modelbouw webshop met zéér ruim aanbod van modellen, detail/upgrade sets, verf en toebehoren. Te veel om op te noemen.
De prijzen zijn altijd scherp, soms goedkoper, en soms nét niet... De opgegeven voorraad is reëel, en er is mogelijkheid tot reserveren van artikelen die niet op voorraad zijn. Na het bestellen wordt je altijd netjes op de hoogte gehouden over het verloop van je bestelling, en evt. nalevering van artikelen. Al met al een keurige betrouwbare webwinkel!

Har nu bestilt varer for fjerde gang. Altid super hurtig levering. Meget velassorteret varelager. Fin status på forsendelserne. Rimelige priser. Har tænkt mig at fortsætte med den leverandør.

Il faut faire attention, si les prix des produits semblent attractifs et souvent mieux placés que la concurrence, les tarifs de livraison sont très élevés avec parfois des prix d'expédition plus élevés que l'article lui même.

I have been using this web shop for a few years now. As others have said, they may not be the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either! Low shipping costs make up for the costs. I have had some problems in the past (leaking glue, incomplete photo etch - a manufactures fault not Super hobby's) In both cases they corrected the problem without fuss adding the items to my next order. They have not let me down so far so I will be sticking with them.

Es una tienda genial. He hecho varios pedidos desde España y siempre he tenido buenas experiencias. La atención al cliente es excelente y la web que tienen es una pasada. Son rápidos y con unos gastos de envío muy bajos. En un ocasión recibí un algún artículo equivocado y me solucionaron el problema sin problemas y sin gastos para mí.

He hecho varia compras en esta web, hasta la ultima sin ningún problema, productos bien embalados y envío rápido. En mi última compra el articulo no correspondía a la escala anunciada, problema del fabricante, no de Super Hobby, y a pesar de ello se ofrecieron a reembolsarme el importe de la compra. El problema es que devolver el envío a Polonia me cuenta lo mismo que hacer un pedido nuevo, que es lo que haré.
En todo caso, respuestas muy rapidas a mis correos y una excelente atención. Seguiré comprando en esta web.

Cuando compras por internet, entré otros beneficios tratas de evitarte traslados.
Ten en cuenta que te tocará desplazarte si o si a un punto de recogida de DHL, eso sí , harán el paripé y te anunciarán falsamente de que procederán tal día a entregarte el paquete en tu vivienda.
Si te vas a desplazar, igual te compensa no pagar el trasporte y comprarlo in situ

Recientemente compré bastantes cosas relacionadas con el modelismo. Soy cliente. Tienen amplia variedad de marcas. No he tenido nunca ningún problema. Rápidos y serios. Para mí, totalmente recomendables.

Can't fault staff and contact with them. I bought the RTD-35010 Large Stone Arch Bridge ordered about 2 weeks ago , arrived today,was really looking forward to making this the centre piece of my diorrama, but on opening the box over half the plaster pieces were broken and most of them in so many pieces they were unfixable. No fragile label on box , which may of helped could have been packed better , not just bubble wrapped.. I was gutted
