very easy to handle,
installing and updating is a charm.
support is humanoid.

Fantastic plugin with extra support - which is so much important if you need small changes by php or js! Thank you for your help and great customize plugin!

very quick reply and solved issue in one reply

Quick help with tickets

This is my third month with StylemixThemes as I have been using their MasterStudy LMS plugin and quite fascinated by the features. Seeing the price value it is A LOT cheaper than other LMS option. The plan for 'Lifetime' subscription package was quite of a savior for me.

Secondly, their ticket supporting system is also affective, user-friendly and above all they're quite responsive. One slight suggestion I'd like to give is that, it would be great if they can also provide the Users to mark the tickets are resolved.

Overall 5/5

I bought Healthcoach template from Stylemix and it's fantastic. The technology with which it is made is cutting-edge. The template is full responsive and the support is real. They deserve 5stars, Thanks to the team.

Thank you Julia for great support for consulting theme.

Support team is great and always able to help

A formula problem I couldn't figure out myself was solved from a very competent support at first interaction. I would give 5 stars for the support if it didn't take 4 days for first response to my question. here is room for improvement.

Excellent thème avec un support opérationnel et très compétent. Je recommande !

I’m delighted with the exchanges I had with Julia regarding the Consulting WP theme.
Efficient, responsive, and truly available, this person always finds solutions despite the challenges that can arise when meeting our clients' needs. It’s incredibly reassuring and a real pleasure to work with true professionals!
Thank you again.

MasterStudy is best LMS, and they have very helpful support team .. highly recommended

Using motors with motors pro plugin for wordpress.
This includes a free theme which is very well thought out and designed for any easy car buying experiencing with buttons for contacting the dealer as well as booking a test drive. We are using it for a parallel industry so had to make a few mods. I find the support staff knowledgeable and helpful. It is a very new plugin and has the inevitable few teething problems which they have investigated and scheduled to solve. A serious professional company.

Can't reach any live support! Scam about prices. It says there is sale for Cost Calculator Individuals plugin which is $118 but when I click buy now it says $169
