me too. I already stop its service, but the automatic renew is on. I immediately asked refund one day after they charge the money.
Even i start a ticket on their website, they will ignore you and close the help ticket. Very bad experience. I will keep posting the negative views till they refund my money and completely go away. Possible users, be careful, if the promised refund did not make, it is scam.
Bad experience for now.

Scam tactics and broken software
Scam tactics and broken software! They silently charged $58.80 for an auto-renewal. The plugin is full of bugs and ruins car images. Support is completely useless and refuses a refund. Greedy company, stay away!

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concerns regarding the renewal charge and the issues you experienced with the plugin.
Our subscription system, which processes payments through Freemius, shows that a renewal reminder was sent to the email address associated with your purchase on August 24, approximately one month before the renewal. Based on this record, our support agent informed you that the renewal notification had been sent.
At the same time, we understand that an email recorded as sent does not necessarily mean it was successfully received or seen. We would therefore like to contact you directly to verify this and review the details of your case.
We would also be happy to investigate the issue you reported with the car images and troubleshoot it with you. If you prefer not to proceed with troubleshooting and we confirm that the renewal reminder was not received, we can review the renewal for a possible refund.
We hope you’ll allow us the opportunity to investigate the situation properly and work toward a fair resolution.
Customer Service Unmatched
I had an issue with the pro plugin. I just purchased it.And it broke my site. I logged the ticket, and they were able to fix it immediately. I was surprised at how fast they were.Looking forward to using the plugin. But confident that if I run into anything, I will be well taken care of. If you are teaching courses, go get the plugin!

Great LMS solution for our church and Non-Profits
We are a church and non-profit organization using MasterStudy LMS to deliver online Bible studies, discipleship training, and educational programs to our community.
This plugin offers a rich set of features that have made it very easy for us to create professional-looking courses without needing advanced technical skills. We particularly like the intuitive course builder, variety of lesson types (videos, quizzes, assignments), student progress tracking, and certificate options.
It has been a blessing for our ministry — helping us reach more people both in-person and online in a cost-effective way. The platform is reliable, mobile-friendly, and the support team has been helpful whenever we've needed assistance.
Highly recommended for churches, ministries, non-profits, or anyone looking for a powerful WordPress-based LMS.

Constant Issues With Calculator
Non stop issues with their cost calculator plugin. Doesn’t refresh or render properly and every time they do a new update it somehow breaks the calculator. I’ve had to roll it back multiple times to older versions to have a semi-working calculator for my customers.
Customer service is extremely poor. Takes them days to reply to issues with “we’re working on it” or “we’re working on updates and don’t have a specific release date” to resolve the current issues.
I’ve had multiple issues with the this plugin and the support team has not resolved any of them. I’ve been waiting over a month now on an issue of a basic feature they provide that hasn’t been working correctly, and when they came out with their new updates (3-4 weeks after I had been messaging them constantly), their newest update broke and rendered the summaries of calculation completely wrong.
Would not recommend this plugin.

Hi there,
We're very sorry to hear about your experience.
We were unable to locate any recent support requests associated with your review, and we'd genuinely like the opportunity to investigate this further because this is definitely not the experience we want our customers to have with our plugin.
As a first step, please make sure you're testing the latest version of the plugin on a staging site. We recently released fixes for several calculator-related issues, and we'd like to confirm whether your problem is still present after updating.
If the issue persists, please email us directly at csm@stylemix.net with a detailed description of the problem. If possible, include screenshots, screen recordings, steps to reproduce the issue, and any error messages you may be seeing.
It would also be very helpful if you could provide any support ticket numbers you've previously opened. We'd like to review the history of your case and evaluate how it was handled by our support team.
We look forward to hearing from you and working toward a resolution.
Best regards.

So tired of this company been almost a year of fixes and it’s the only plugin we always have issues with. Whether it’s caching or the thing not rendering it’s never working for customers and has cost us so much money in down time! If the guy Bill ever gets off his butt and actually fixes our theme this time and he works one damn day in USA hours maybe I will change my review but right now this style mix themes plugin has been a nightmare!!!
Update to their reply. This nightmare has been going on for a year! You and your cost calculator absolutely suck! Terrible help, terrible plugin. Yeah and I bet every patch you do should be on a test server due to your absolute shit work! Cause you surely don’t test it before sending it out. Why don’t you credit me in full and another 2000.00 for the days of work and dozen of customers we have lost due to your shit plugin!! People trust me when I say this, STAY AWAY from this company!

Hello there!
We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating recurring issues and downtime can be.
Regarding the issue you've reported, we actually released a fix yesterday for a similar case. We would recommend testing the latest update first to see whether it resolves the problem on your website. As a precaution, we strongly suggest applying the update on a staging/test site before deploying it to production.
We've also discussed your feedback internally with Bill to help prevent similar situations in the future and improve communication and troubleshooting processes.
Please let us know the results after testing the update in the ticket, and we'll be happy to continue assisting if the issue persists.

What impressed me the most is the support team—they’re amazing! Super helpful, quick to respond, and always ready to assist. Overall, it’s a great plugin and definitely worth it if you’re looking for a solid LMS solution.

I’ve been using your plugins for over two years now especially Cost Calculator in my parking reservation and international package delivery businesses, and I love the technology and simplicity you’ve built into these tools. I encourage you to take it even further and create, for example, an accommodation booking tool like one for booking a hotel for someone who wants to build a site similar to Airbnb or Booking.com. That would help a lot of people expand their businesses. In any case, I love your work and the responsiveness of your customer service team, who are always ready to help and respond very quickly.
