Ordered a car delivery, a cyclist showed up. The parcel couldn't be picked up. No messages, no emails, no heads up. Parcel never delivered.
No chat, no email support, no phone number.

I think customer services and the application is very Good communication & clarity.. till date i don't have any thing as neither a little confusing nor any difficulty or trouble from application nor from customer service..

Très mauvaise expérience avec Stuart !
J’ai dû annuler une commande (n°308428490) à la demande du livreur lui-même, et malgré cela, Stuart a refusé de me rembourser sous prétexte que j’aurais annulé “2 minutes après”.
Après plusieurs échanges, ils ont finalement promis un remboursement de 9 € sous forme de coupon, mais je n’ai jamais rien reçu !
C’est inacceptable : manque de sérieux, promesses non tenues et service client qui ne respecte pas ses engagements.
Je déconseille fortement, ils devraient assumer leurs erreurs au lieu de faire porter la faute aux clients.

Fashion retail company used it to send me an item. The item was marked delivered with a photo of a random packet but actually it was just stolen by the courier. Aparently it has happened to them numerous times and I don’t know why they still use them!!! 😡

Bonjour. Je pense que toute la négativité écrite ici concerne les concurrents ! C'est mon avis.

Ordered from a local restaurant. No rider got assigned until the food was already ready. The rider did nothing for several minutes, then rode away from the restaurant and eventually cancelled. This happened *four more times* with other riders! After an hour of this (above and beyond the cooking time), the restaurant refunded me and apologised because the food was spoiled.

It seemed like riders have no incentive to actually honour jobs they accept, so they accept readily then shop around for better gigs on the driver apps.

I had never heard of Stuart until this experience; it was a terrible first experience and I will actively avoid Stuart in future.

Application obsolète, service client inexistant.
Ma course a été affichée annulée alors qu'un coursier l'avait récupéré mais les personnes du service client m'ont dis qu'il n'y avait pas de livreur attitré à ma course, malgré mon insistance.
J'ai du faire réimprimer une commande à 360€, j'ai donc fait une réclamation à posteriori. Le service client s'amuse à fermer mes tickets sans les traiter, alors je suis obligé d'en recréer. À quoi ils jouent ?
Je change directement de service ce sont des nuls.

J’ai commandé un service de coursier. Le site ne fonctionnait pas correctement, donc mon premier paiement a échoué. Lors de la deuxième tentative, le paiement est passé, mais le coursier a quand même mis plus de temps que prévu.

Ensuite, j’ai été facturée deux fois pour la même commande. Je pensais que ce serait facile à résoudre en contactant le service client, mais un mois plus tard, je fais toujours des allers-retours. Ils me demandent sans cesse des preuves et des captures d’écran, comme s’ils n’avaient pas accès à leur propre plateforme. J’ai créé un ticket comme demandé, mais ils l’ont “résolu” et fermé sans jamais m’expliquer comment, et je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée.

Maintenant, ils me demandent de créer encore un ticket. C’est ridicule et extrêmement frustrant.

Scam total. Délai de livraison non respecté. Livreur arrive en Ford Fiesta pour une livraison Extra Large. Aucun support client. Facturation avec prix sorti du chapeau. Aucun email de confirmation de la livraison. Aucun email de facture. Au final pas de livraison, mais j’ai payé quand même. Catastrophe.

I bought (2) maxlift 12 volt carjack with battery powered impact wrenches with both sockets sizes with emergency light and carrying cases. They were stated to be delivered but was not. I contacted stuart tools several times with no reply back from them. I've tried multiple times contacting them with no responce back. Do not order anything from stuart. They are not reliable they are not professional they are not trustworthy. Buy at your own risk. My rating for stuart tools is (minus 100 stars)
