Pessima piattaforma, indipendentemente dalle politiche sui rimborso discutibili, che mi hanno portato in passato alla decisione della cancellazione dell'account, autoinfliggendomi un danno economico non indifferente "non sono pazzo, ma mi interessa valutare tutti gli aspetti dei servizi che usufruisco", a distanza di tempo da quell'esperienza mi sono prefissato un ulteriore tentativo, data la vastità di titoli presenti sulla piattaforma, e il vantaggio non indifferente sui prezzi, posso affermare che è assolutamente dubbiosa l'intera piattaforma, l'inacessibilità alzando i parametri di sicurezza del router e del firewall è l'aspetto più preoccupante; l'impossibilità di gestire gli accessi ai dispositivi, la totale mancanza di notifiche via email, insomma mentre la prima volta ho perso i titoli acquistati per mia scelta, la seconda volta l'inacessibilità dovuta dall'aumento dei parametri di sicurezza della rete mi ha perplesso non poco!Spero ci sia una spiegazione plausibile, che mi porti a rivalutare la mia opinione che ho del servizio, fino ad allora lo sconsiglio!

Er is altijd iets aan de hand, of het start niet op, of hij moet een kwartier updaten. Het werkt werkelijk nooit normaal en het erge is dat het de toegang is tot een paar verschrikkelijk leuke games. Als je die dan ff tussendoor wil spelen in een verloren half uur ben je altijd bezig met een K. programma als steam en dat zuigt.

Er is een onverwachte fout opgetreden. Je aankoop is niet voltooid.
Wacht een paar minuten en probeer het daarna opnieuw.
Neem contact op met Steam Support als je deze fout herhaaldelijk ondervindt. (((-Dit probleem bestaat middels ruim maanden. Zelfs als ik in de Bibliotheek probeer of bij vrienden te betalen. Dan treed de zelfde fout op. Meest merkwaardige vind ik, is dat als ik een probleem heb, door een in Steam aankoop. Dat 1 meer dan 24 uur duurt voordat ik een reactie ontvang. 2 Ik wordt altijd voor de oplossing doorverwijzen. Terwijl ze zekerweten wettelijk wel eindverantwoordelijk zijn. 3 DLC uitzetten en dan spelen? Dan rekenen ze gewoon speeltijd dat ten kosten van de herroeping gaat. Merkwaardig, vooral als ik denk slim te zijn door eerst geld op mijn wallet te zetten. Nooit meer teruggekregen. Hier houd het op. Gedwongen ander platform nemen. Jammer.

In ranked PUBG servers on PC, it appears that bots are present, but actual cheaters aren't being penalized. I ended up getting banned because I pointed out these bots in ranked matches. They just drop into every game, remain completely still, and wait to be eliminated by the cheaters. Steam ist ein ziemlich guter Store.
Sein Monopol ist in der gegebenen Qualität begründet. Der Support ist schnell und kompetent und der Spielekatalog riesig.
Auch die Download Geschwindigkeit ist enorm. Ich habe eine 1000Mbit/s Leitung und die wird von Steam vollständig ausgereizt.
Es werden außerdem durch Updates immer mehr Funktionen hinzugefügt, wie zuletzt die "Spielaufnahme".

Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Geoblocking von Spielen ohne USK-Einstufung, da Valve sich weigert eine zuverlässige Verifizierung des Alters einzuführen.

Die Kritikpunkte aus anderen Bewertungen sind ziemlich seltsam.

Falsche Angaben zur Voraussetzung einer Internetverbindung:
Mir ist kein Spiel bekannt bei dem auf der Verpackung steht, dass eine Internetverbindung ausschließlich für die Registrierung verwendet/vorausgesetzt wird. Darüber hinaus ermöglicht Steam einen auch Spiele offline zu spielen.

Geringe Download-Geschwindigkeit:
Zunächst sollte einem bewusst sein das Internetanbieter die Geschwindigkeit in Mbit/s und Steam standardmäßig in MB/s angibt. Für ein MB werden acht Mbit benötigt. Und da beide einheiten sehr ähnlich sind kann es schnell zu verwechslungen kommen. Dann wird die Downloadgeschwindigkeit also augenscheinlich auf ein achtel der vom Internetanbieter angegebenen Werte gedrosselt.
Es kann außerdem sein, das die Internetgeschwindigkeit von vorneherein für Videospieldownloads langsam ist. 100Mbit/s oder 100.000 Kbit/s sind vielleicht für Videostreaming ausreichend, aber Spiele sind heutzutage ziemlich groß. 50GB Spiele sind längst keine Seltenheit mehr und umgerechnet auf Mbit wären das schon 400.000Mbit, bzw. bei Kbit 400.000.000. Eine "Hunderttausender-Leitung" ist also nicht mehr ausreichend um Spiele in wenigen Minuten zu downloaden.

Betrug mit Steam-Guthaben wird nicht von Steam beziehungsweise Valve begangen. Valve dafür eine schlechte Bewertung geben zu wollen ist Absurd.

Zu gehackte Accounts habe ich wenig Erfahrungen, da mir das nie passiert ist. Ich benutze die Steam-App für 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung und gebe im Internet acht nicht in Hackerfallen zu geraten.
Wer seine Zugangsdaten bei einer Seite eingibt die nicht zu Valve gehört oder ein Malware-Programm auf seinem Rechner installiert ist dafür genauso verantwortlich wie Personen die auf Telefonbetrüger hereinfallen. Steam/Valve ist in beiden Fällen ähnlich wenig verantwortlich für die Kundenverursachten Datenlecks.

Technische Probleme bei Spielen:
Steam ist hier nur bedingt verantwortlich und leitet daher bei den meisten, wenn nicht allen Spielen, an den Hersteller weiter. Diese sind für sämtliche Probleme zuständig.

Flight Simulator 2024 launch was a disaster. Not being able to play the game because of it is stuck loading due to server issues on their end. Before even getting let into the game the refund playtime has already been exceeded. Once the server issues were resolved the game turned out to be in a unplayable state. However steam does not provide you with a refund whatsoever.

Their refund policy is just a scam because online companies can do whatever they want. Even if a product does not function at all. People make mistakes and so do developers, but this isn’t the first launch of a title being a disaster. So they at least should refund the customer if the product is just flawed.

As they say if buying isn’t owning pirating isn’t stealing. Buyer adviced, stop supporting these practices!

Sonobpassati anni dall'ultima volta che ho avuto un pc per giocare, a suo tempo passai alle console, ora ho di nuovo un pc discreto, ma siccome sononpassati troppi anni, recupersrr la password è impossibile, ho mostrsto la transazione fatta con paypal nel 2016 per l'acquisto di un gioco ma non basta, vogliono i dsti di una carta di credito che non ho mai usato. Nonostante le mie proposte di verifica documenti loro continuano a tenersi il mio profilo e a non permettermi di cambiare password nonostante io sia il proprietario con la stessa mail, stesso indirizzo, stesso numero di telefono. Non posso giocare con quello per cui spesi soldi a suo tempo.

Over the years I've had no quibble refunds; average to good customer service; bought way to many games; used it easily on line and off line; across many machines and shared my account with my family. There was an uptick in seedy porn games a while ago but that seems to have subsided, or at least I don't see them any more.

Overall I have no specific complaints with it as a shop and online library service that is more convenient than DVD's. But seeing as I pay a 30% premium for every game I buy through it I expect at least a service that I have no complaints about. This makes Steam the most expensive software I have ever purchased by a wide margin.
Because this I rate Steam as below average. Its not value for money and I could live without the shop and library. It's most saving grace is how it massively reduces the amount of half arsed anti-piracy malware churned out by publishers. If Steam could get this reduction to 0% I'd rate it a couple of stars higher.
