Wenn man unbedingt Geld loswerden will für ein Spiel das dann doch nicht läuft, oder irgendwann von Valve zerstört wird, ist man hier genau richtig. Wer Wert darauf legt, keinerlei Support zu erhalten, auch.
Ich kann nicht verstehen, wie man der Meinung sein kann, dass Steam für Betrügereien missbrauchen könnte. Das ist Steam!

Steam truely is the best and only platform, where EA, Ubisoft Connect, Epic and many others have failed so pathetically. Steam stands on the pile of their horrible UIs, terrible download speeds, and other than Epic, out of touch sale prices. Steam hasnt always been at the top of their game, but they are showing that they are going to be the dominant platform, and a console to come, Steam deck has been such a success. The console will come soon. Big Picture already lets you make your TV a console, Steam has Operating Systems, they invest into the gamers, for the gamers, and sure, they are a business at the end of the day. But the have allowed developers, and indie artists to exist. How these bots managed to drop these ratings is beyond me. This is a 5 star service.

Nunca había tenido una experiencia mala en steam pero esta vez me ha pasado y me ha jodido bastante. Hace un tiempo me compré el juego "cities: skylines II", me encantaba y lo jugué unas 35 horas, pero dentro de esas 35 horas me estresé bastante ya que el juego funciona fatal (da igual que tengas los mejores componentes en PC porque sigues teniendo la posibilidad de que vaya mal) y los fallos que tuve fueron: unos 3 crasheos (el juego dejó de funcionar porque sí y no me guardó el progreso), me ponía toda la pantalla a rayas y a veces hacia zoom (tampoco pude guardar las partidas) y algunas veces directamente no cargaba el launcher necesario para entrar al juego. Teniendo todos los problemas en cuenta, decidí intentar devolver el juego describiendo mi problema y esperando poder comprarme el anterior título ¿cuál fue la respuesta? No podemos hacer la devolución ya que tu tiempo de juego excede el máximo permitido para la devolución, es decir no me dan dinero ni en la cartera de steam (lo cual implicaría que solo puedo gastarlo en setam) porque excedo el tiempo en un juego que parece una estafa de lo mal que funciona.

I've been using steam for many years now. I've never had a problem with them, although I can understand the frustration of other users on here if they lost access to their entire library over a ban.

I use it on Windows and Linux and it's been great so far.

I also bought a SteamDeck and it came quickly. Everything worked fine out of the box.

Unfortunately, with Steam you are only purchasing a license to the games, not the game itself. So they can revoke access at any time.

No support in case of using VPN, want to change the region but support says i have used VPN in the past. Welcome to 21 century...

I bought like 15 videogames or more, never used any cheating program or bot, nothing; suddenly they just shot my wall and subscription a way! They just claimed that I violated some rule, they never told me which or what, and they took a way all my games, advances and everything! Don't spend money on this bad company!

Steam ist einer der besten Game-Launcher, die es gibt. Steam-Support ist sehr schnell, lieb und gut. Alles funktioniert toll und ich hatte noch nie Probleme mit Hackern oder so.

Account was gehacked, €150 gestolen van mijn paypal (stond gekoppeld aan mijn steam account). Was ‘s nachts gebeurd, merkte dit s’ ochtends op. Gelijk contact opgenomen met steam en paypal, ‘s avonds had ik mijn geld al terug, en dit op een zaterdag! Helemaal top.

Ik zou graag contact hebben met een deskundige die me uitlegt hoe ik een spel van Bethesda kan starten. Alle usernames, passwords, mailadressen, allemaal goed gespeld en toch kan ik niet starten.
Bethesda reageert niet en geeft ook geen emailadres waar je een vraag kan stellen.

Apres plusieurs années sans utiliser mon compte, je souhaite réactiver à celui-ci. J'ai plusieurs vingtaines de jeux achztes et référencés. Impossible de me connecter. On me demande de passer par le SAV. Multiples échanges avec des messages aussi ridicules les uns que les autres dans lesquels on me demande un numéro de carte bleue utilisée à l'époque (Que je n'ai évidemment plus). On demande des CD Key des jeux que j’ai acheté que je n'ai évidemment pas puisque ils ont été téléchargés.
Bref,
tout ça pour m'entendre dire que C'est pour la sécurité de mon profil, est qu'au final, puisqueje ne.peux justifier de ces informations, je ne peux plus accéder à mon profil.
Magnifiquement nul et ridiculement inefficace...

Llevo casi dos décadas usando Steam, y sin duda es la mejor en distribución de videojuegos. Es segura, rápida y cuenta con un vasto universo de desarrolladores y empresas; incluso aquellas que tienen sus propias plataformas se han visto obligadas a publicar sus títulos aquí para no quedarse atrás.
Una de las funciones que más aprecio es el préstamo familiar (Family Sharing), que permite compartir tu biblioteca de juegos con hasta cinco cuentas familiares en varios dispositivos, de manera sencilla y controlada.
Recuerdo que antes el reembolso de cualquier juego solo requería haberlo jugado menos de 120 minutos. Ahora, se añadió el requisito de que la compra no supere los 14 días, supongo que para evitar abusos de personas que devolvían juegos años después.
En estos casi 20 años, nunca he tenido problemas con la plataforma, y si los tuve, al menos que no se hayan resuelto rápidamente. Ha sido un honor y un placer ser parte de esta evolución casi desde los orígenes de Steam. ¡Me quito el sombrero!
