StomaBags Arvostelua

My two previous orders were delivered fast and accurately. On my most recent order an item was left out and not delivered. Mariana researched my order and resolved my problem very timely and efficiently. She was excellent in the way my problem was handled. I appreciate their professionalism, great prices and swift shipping. Great job!!

My experience started very badly. I had a previous chat with another assistant and it was, apart from confusing, very frustrating since, not being able to help me, he gave up doing it. I went online again and Stephany solved my problem. She immediately understood why I had not been able to place an order and he was very happy to help me throughout the process. I am very grateful with you.

Stephany was the person who helped me out today. I would have to say she was extremely patient and helped through the whole setting up an account, the payment process, and helped me with the shipping cost. I Have been in retail management for a long time and I would say you have a keeper with her. Take her out for lunch, give her a raise whatever it takes Good employess are hard to find.

The help that Stephany gave me with my order was exceptional , Thanks

İletişimleri, süreç takipleri mükemmel. Teşekkürler Mariana

I would like to thank Stephany Cedeño for her excellent service, very helpful. I recommend StomaBags, the staff help me get what I need, and they are responsible.

Xionert was very helpful in obtaining a barrier cream that we needed. He kept me online and gave me the personal attention to get the product as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this company as they are professional.

Excelente comunicación con ESTHEPANY muy agradable y resolución de dudas súper rápido !!

The StomaBags staff helped me at all times with the information I needed to make my purchase, which was going to be sent to Mexico, since here I cannot find the equipment I need, some crutches for children, thanks for the support.

Products are well priced and delivered promptly. Questions about orders are answered professionally.

Muy buena experiencia con mi compra, me asistio en atencion al cliente Stephany y muy a gusto con su servicio logro ayudarme a encontrar el equipo que necesitaba para mi hijo

A huge thank you to George! I can't say enough good things about how George helped me today with my order. He went out of his way in helping me, while explaining everything along the way. Could not ask for a better purchasing experience! A+++

It's not my first time experience buying in StomaBags, this time Stephany Cedeño helped me with chat live support and really helped me find what I was searching for and made it really easy. Thanks again

I was remotely assisted by George M. He was extremely helpful in getting the items that I needed and ensuring the stock was available and ready to ship. Excellent Customer service!

He was extremely helpful in making sure I got the right order as there was a change from the prior order. He was also very pleasant to deal with.

MR. ORLANDO CORDOVA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN ASSISTING ME WITH MY REQUEST. I LEFT HIM MY PHONE NUMBER WITH SOME URGENCY, AND HE CALLED BACK WITH THE PRECISE INFORMATION IN ABOUT HALF AN HOUR. HE TRULY REPRESENTS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. THANK YOU ORLANDO.

I have only had good experiences with Stomabags. Fast and safe service. Thanks to Stephanie for her patience and good customer service.

My experience so far was great! The customer support team (Mariana mainly) helped me sending the products to my family abroad. I Will for sure keep buying from StomaBags.

I couldn't find a specific storage bag for my wheelchair until I discovered that StomaBags offered it. I contacted their excellent staff and they were able to confirm it was the exact bag and get it to me quickly. I could not be happier with their service and products!
