The customer service is amazing especially Jose Neveda! This is the first time I have ordered from Stoma bags, and because of Jose I will continue to order from them .I woukd definitely recommend this company to others.

I was having problems making the purchase for the ostomy bags , Jose M was a great customer service, very helpful and diligent.

My mother needed some ostomy bags asap. I started and chat with Marianna and she was able to help get the right ones ordered and overnighted to me. The customer service was wonderful.

So very helpful and a joy to correspond with!

She is superb agent.
Very patient and prompt on answers.
Process my order personally!!

Great customer service by Jose Nevada replacing our damaged shipment on a rush delivery after pictures was submitted. highly recommended.

Our packages arrived damaged by the delivery driver as it was still leaking in the box which was well packaged, but Jose Nevada took ownership of the issue and sent replacements on a rush order. thank you.

I had a crisis and needed supplies right away. The site did not provide fast shipment options. Using chat, I talked to Mariana. She figured out that we could still do overnight even though it was after the cutoff by shipping from a different time zone. Of course overnight is expensive but this was a lifesaver.

An Ordering Problem...
The Checkout Page wouldn't allow me to just pay with a credit card so I turned to the Chat link, which connected me with Mariana. She was very helpful and checked the stock on the item I want. She then solved my problem by assisting me in placing my order. Five Stars for Mariana!!!

Mariana was extremely helpful assisting us with incorporating our tax-exempt certificate on your website. Very fast and efficient. Thanks for having chat available to your customers that know how to help!

I was totally confused about convatec modable convex flanges and Mariana got me all fixed up A+++

I had a difficult time getting an item to go into my cart in order to check out. I was able to immediately online c chat with Katherine Reyes, and she was fantastic. Polite, knowledgeable and solved my issue completely. I appreciate her not only working on Christmas Eve, but being so knowledge about the product, navigating the site and solving my issue in a concise and quick manner. I will order again.

Great Customer Service, had no issues with the online chat function. Very fast response.

I was confused on prices of adhesive remover pads. Mariana helped me out and explained away my confusion. It was great to be able to talk to someone about a product before ordering it. Thanks again Mariana! You were very helpful!

Mariana processed my order very quickly and let me know about the lead time. Very helpful!

The Stomabags website was messed up. It's always painfully slow but this time was a page of hyperlinks even using two different browsers. I hit the "chat" option not expecting much but got excellent and efficient service from Mariana.

Mariana was amazing, website was down, I was in very bad need of supplies and she did not skip a beat, she asked what I needed, and helped me order it. It was the quickest and easiest chat I have ever experienced with any company!! Thank you Mariana so much!!

Since using this service, they are very helpful and reliable, always replying if any issues, ordering from the UK, have had a great service and will continue using. Thankyou Rob leake

Excellent customer service and great help in getting the right products. First time looking to get Hollister bags for my sister care, and Saul took the time to explain so I understood what I was ordering, it really made a huge difference for me, specially after calling other places and not getting the help needed. I greatly appreciate the help and service provided by this company.
