StomaBags Arvostelua

They had the lowest price I was able to find, but the order leaves me desperately searching for anywhere else to order from. They claimed 3-day delivery if ordered prior to 1pm, but now looks to be at least a full week from order to delivery. I reached out to support before and during the order and they were quick to respond both times...with nothing answers that basically just said "thanks for stroking our ego."

From a B2B standpoint, StomaBags has been helpful to us in obtaining some products which were difficult to find. I have found them to be trustworthy in the interactions I've had with them, and I consider that the most important factor in any B2B relationship.
I would like to also commend a specific StomaBags team member. In my most recent interaction, Mariana was excellent to work with, and I greatly appreciated her follow-up and professionalism. She helped me get a significant order placed and shipped to our customer in the quickest manner she could. Thank you, Mariana !

So far so good, I have ordered from them a few times over the past few years, I like their website

I was chatting with customer service agent his name is Mariana .is great service thank you for your service

THEY HAVE EXCELLENT PRODUCTS AND THEY DELIVER ON TIME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SITE IF YOU ARE EITHER WAITING ON INSURANCE OF YOUR INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER YOUR SUPPLIES. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND GET IT TO YOU IN A TIMELY MANNNER

Jose has been very helpful in pulling together the information I requested in a timely manner

Mariana and team have made it convenient for me to get my Mom’s colostomy supplies. It’s wonderful to have a realiable supplier as it allows me to focus on other aspects around my Mom’s care.

Company I previously used closed. Found Discount Catheters and they have been very easy to work with -great service!

Live chat service was wonderful. Mariana helped me a lot to resolve my issue.

Customer service is very easy to work with purchasing products. Jose is the best and always helpful.

Items were sent quickly! Prices were often better than competitors and shipping was less expensive. One time I had a problem and customer service was helpful in resolving the issue.

I have been using stomabags.com for 3 years and I haven't found another company that even compares to the customer service, quick shipping and pricing that stomabags.com provides to me!

Great service

Our experience with your company was outstanding. The service operator was very helpful. Answered all questions and was very knowledgeable. My wife and I been trying to find a company that had what we needed for awhile now. Thank you all so so much! Tasha & Eddie
