I have always found that Stirlingkit responds to enquiries very quickly and in a most helpful manner. All orders have arrived rapidly in the UK in good condition.

Promt delivery, quality of product, aftersales response, I have dealt with stirlingkit on a few occassions and always a good expierence.

I recently purchased and completed the TECHING DM229 Original Automobile model from StirlingKit. I purchased it during the original early bird preorder period.

The model itself is impressive and I ultimately rated my experience with the DM229 4.5 out of 5. However, because my model was from the early production run, I did encounter a few problems during the build, including a defective part that eventually stopped me from being able to continue.

When I started running into problems I was honestly nervous that maybe I had made a mistake buying such an expensive model from a company located overseas. I was ready to start modifying the model myself to try and make it work, but before doing that I decided to contact StirlingKit customer service by email.

They responded very quickly.

Every email I sent received a prompt response. More importantly, they didn't simply ask me what parts I wanted and mail them out to make the problem go away. Mona, Martin and their technical team actually tried to understand what had happened and determine why the parts had failed.

They eventually provided all of the replacement components I needed along with an updated instruction manual at no charge. The replacement parts solved the problem and I was able to continue the build and successfully complete the model.

What impressed me even more was that their involvement didn't end when they mailed the parts. They followed up afterward to make sure the replacements had worked. When another customer later reported a very similar problem involving the same area of the model, StirlingKit contacted me again because they were investigating whether the two problems were related.

That showed me they weren't only interested in fixing my individual model. They were trying to understand what went wrong so the problem could potentially be corrected for future customers.

I have since learned that StirlingKit and TECHING have made a number of improvements to the newer production version of the DM229 based upon feedback from builders of the earlier versions. They have webpage dedicated to it and explaining what they upgraded. I give them a lot of credit for listening to their customers and actually doing something with that feedback.

The only downside to my experience was the amount of time it took to receive replacement parts from China. However, that is understandable considering where the parts were coming from, and StirlingKit provided tracking throughout the process.

Problems can happen with any complicated product. To me, the real test of a company is what they do after something goes wrong.

Based upon how StirlingKit handled my problem from beginning to end, I would not hesitate to purchase another model from them.

5 out of 5 stars for StirlingKit customer service.

Good backup after service after order placed. Quick response replies to emails. Thanks Monica.

Great price and quick shipping, with secure packaging made this purchase experience perfect, no issues with product. Customer service is also outstanding!

I order the headers for the Toyan v800 WGPC engine and they haven't shipped them yet so i sent a message to Martin and he said with the high deman for the headers they will make more and ship them out to me next week.I have got 3 gas engine from them and no problems.

J'ai commandé des pièces détachées et malgré la difficulté pour tout trouver, Martin à fait ce qu'il a pu à savoir trouver l'ensemble des pièces et ce n'était pas facile.Un grand merci à lui.

Easy ordering and fast shipping. Just wish the Nixie tube display was able to show normal time and not just military time.

Aus eigener Erfahrung sehr guter Service.
Auch nach dem Kauf. Zuverlässige Lieferung

This Company is Honest Trustworthy and can deliver you some of the Most entertaining and enjoyable products you can imagine. There engines are built to run and last. Be confident StirlingKit is the Real Deal. 5 Star across the board I’ve been doing business for almost a year and never had any problems. Give your Trust you’re in good hands with StirlingKit

I purchased a Toyan FS800 gas V8. It arrived in a reasonable timeframe. I didn’t build it immediately and in the meantime upgraded connecting rods and rockers bolts were shipped to me automatically. Once I assembled the kit over a year later I noticed it was missing a few parts. Mona was great to work with and soon I had the needed parts. The engine runs very well and I will likely purchase the LS V8 soon…. Very happy

Very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor shipping. I placed order # 56106 a week ago. At that time I received a email that this order was on its way with a usps tracking number. The only thing done was a label created and nothing shipped. To make things worse no one will answer my questions about this order. Stirlingkit if you read the review don’t just say contact service because they do not answer. I want real truthful answers about this order!

There after care was very good they stood by there products Monica was great very helpful, I will continue buying from them if there is a problem they will fix it thanks again Sean

Great service , Mona from customer service was great at getting back to me asap about my order . Great company to deal with.

I bought an engine but unfortunately some of the accessories were missing. I contacted Stirlingkit and Mona in customer service was straight on my case and promptly supplied the missing parts. All in all a great service and the model engine I bought is top quality.
