Stirlingkit Arvostelua

Very pleased with service. Ordering was easy and delivery was very swift. The item looks all in good order. I haven’t started to build yet but will be doing in the new year. I will give an update review once I have completed it.

Just a quick review on Stirlingkit products and customer service. My RC helicopter showed up within a few days of me ordering and the product is fantastic. Came up short on a additional item that I ordered with this kit. Reached out to customer service and within the next business day I had a response from Martin. He did some research and my additional item is on it's way. Customer service is everything in my book, can't go wrong with Stirlingkit.

Thank you Mona! I’m hoping to get a CISON V8 piston compressor to help make the process of installing pistons into the cylinder much easier.

Mona and Martin are the bomb, they always come through with what ever I need, they are the best, when ever I need parts they are my people.

I placed an order for an engine and super charger. I only received the Super charger. I immediately contacted Stirlingkit. I provided them with all the information I had to support my shortage. They quickly investigated my claim and confirmed the shortage. The immediately contacted me to inform me they are shipping the engine the next day. I couldn't believe happier with how easy they are to work with.

Shout out to the Stirlingkit Team.
Great service both up front and after sales.

God service, responderer på spørsmål pr mail, selv før ordrebestilling.
Flotte funksjonable små stasjonære forbrennings motorer, full av detaljer for min del. Rask levering, meget godt pakket.
ADVARSEL: Du blir betatt og forelsket i disse modellene, og blir aldri bare en stk. Selv har jeg 3stk, og kansje ikke den siste..
Veldig fornøyd med Stirlingkit.com.

This is a scam.
I ordered an engine building kit, and they delivered a fully assembled thing.
This is what I ordered: "Stirling Engine Kit Mini Hot Air Motor Model Educational STEM Toy Science Experiment Kit"
What I got, looks like the product on the photos, but it is fully assembled, with a useless set of cables.

I placed an order for the right-side cabin door for the FLISHRC FL500 Air-wolf Pro 500-Class Huge Scale model. When they sent me a photo for confirmation, it turned out they were about to send the door for the opposite side. Mona immediately reached out to me, apologized for the error, and stayed in contact until the correct part was sent. I received the part, and it was exactly what I needed. I have ordered parts from them before, and their communication is excellent. I recommend Stirlingkit for any models and parts. Thanks, Stirlingkit!

Just finished assembling their se-01 model & wasirritated at losin̈g one of the tiny grub screws. Wtote to them suggesting they include some spares in the kit through a series of extremely polite & responsive emails with them. Delighted to get their interest. One makes suggestions to other companies but never hears back.

They always work with me on my projects, they give me the best deal they can, Mona and Martin are the best.

SAV et service client disponible et réactif.
Je recommande.

This company is the best! We have purchased a number of items from them, and all are of top notch quality. And the customer service is wonderful. I can't say enough about this company and the employees.

I have purchased a Goosky E2 Case and some Rc helicopter Spare parts and 3 batteries, Monacai at Stirlingkit has done a great job finding right logistics company to ship india, Stirlingkit has Great Customer Service and this my 18 order with Stirlingkit.

I contacted Stirling Kit two weeks after HM-01 fully RTR model was ordered and received a reply that the unassembled version could be shipped immediately. I took this option and was satisfied. Mona was on the receiving end of my emails and replied quickly.
Thanks

Ottimo prodotto, eccellente comunicazione.
Sono molto soddisfatto.

My experience with the seller Stirlingkit has been excellent. I specifically had to deal with a lost package; they replied to my email immediately and worked to assist me within 24 hours. Within a few days, my lost package arrived via DHL—though do note that importing from a non-EU country entails higher customs fees and, of course, VAT. Proof of purchase and payment is required...
The shipment arrived undamaged and in good condition. A big thank you to Stirlingkit.

Doing business with this company is a very good experience. Mona found the parts I needed and at a very fair price.

Had a issue with a part that is fairly important, but after speaking to customer service, Mona took care of my issue and got a replacement part headed my way so that i can confidently run the motor I purchased from Stirlingkit. Very polite and ready to help. Patience is key, and they get it handled. The product is a good piece of machinery and am happy to have gotten it. Great work everyone!

Mona from the Stirlingkit Team was very helpful and resolved my issues. I would recommend contacting Mona if you need help.
5 Stars Mona
Thank you :)
