I would strongly advise anyone in the UK to think twice before ordering from the OneXPlayer Store. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and at times, it genuinely feels as though I’m communicating with an AI computer rather than a real person.

The replies are short, unhelpful and give the impression that my emails aren’t even being properly read or understood. Despite explaining my concerns, I have received no meaningful response and no offer of compensation or goodwill for the poor delivery experience.

I placed my order on 10th October 2026, and I am not expecting to receive it until 27th October — 17 days later. This is completely different from the 2–5 day delivery timeframe advertised, and the lack of communication throughout the process has made the experience even worse.

Another major issue is the lack of clear information about import charges before purchasing. I was informed days after placing my order that I would need to pay an additional 30% in customs charges. As a UK customer, I found this extremely frustrating and confusing, particularly when UK import VAT is generally 20% for standard-rated goods. Import charges can include other fees and duties, so customers need a clear breakdown of exactly what they are being asked to pay.

The lack of transparency, poor communication and absence of any meaningful customer service have made what should have been a straightforward purchase into a stressful and frustrating experience.

At this point, I can only hope that the device itself is worth all the hassle I have experienced just trying to get it delivered.

Unfortunately, this will almost certainly be my last purchase from OneXPlayer Store. I would encourage UK customers to carefully check delivery times and potential import charges before placing an order.

A company selling premium technology products should provide premium customer service. Based on my experience, that has certainly not been the case.

The OneXPlayer 3 is an absolutely incredible device. At maximum performance, it’s a powerhouse. But where it really shines is in its efficiency. OneXPlayer sent the device quickly and provided detailed tracking info. I couldn’t be happier with my OXP3!!!

Support has been fantastic. They respond to me with in a day or two and have resolved every issue. Im looking forward to yhe elite controllers when they come out. This device is fantastic value. - Jason

Took one month from ordering to getting hand-held. So happy with this thing. Got the 32meg 1tb onexplayer 3.

Great handheld. No issues and great performance for a handheld. Cheaper then the Legion go 2 as well.

When trying to order i had an error and kindly they help (after searching in their chat bot an email) kindly response and help on it

Once with the machine I can't be more happy it is excellent performance confort even i installed a 4tb sdd while installing I lost some screws I email them and kindly offer them to send me a whole set of screws help support is always there at least in my case they helped me

Ordered the Onexplayer 3 and was not disappointed! So IMHO this is the best handheld PC available, bar none. With component prices through the roof I can understand the pricing and when compared to the rest of the market it is very reasonable. Build quality is also top notch. Additionally Onexplayer customer service in my experience is excellent as well. They proactively contacted me about customs declaration and actually offered me delivered with customs already paid, and for no additional cost to me! This made it that I wasn’t charged an outrageous import cost fee that was due at time of delivery. So all around in my experience everything was above any and all expectation. No surprise charges, free shipping, no tax, no customs fees, proactive customer service with prompt responses back and forth. Only cost to me was cost of the device. Super fast delivery too, and shipped when promised on site. Highly recommended, you can’t go wrong!

Ordered my OneXplayer3 2 weeks ago and realized i purchased the 512GB instead of 1TB. version I immediately emailed and messaged them on their onxplayer site trying to change the order. I have been chatting their messaging system everyday during their operating hours and sent 3 emails so far. No response, nothing. The customer support is non existent.

This company has hands down the worst customer service…well I guess the proper term would be NON EXISTENT. After two failed purchase attempts and being told I was “medium risk” even after verifying my identity and having all the proper billing info on my card, I could not get ahold of a single agent for days or weeks at a time. All the while I have 1500$ tied up in a purchase with them. No matter the method, email, live chat, nothing. They do NOT respond. And then after ordering the second time on September 24th, I don’t hear a single word from them until October 3rd saying “it will ship next week”. Unbelievably bad customer support. If you can even call it existent at all. I canceled my order with them and will be ordering elsewhere. EDIT: NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME TO CANCEL MY SECOND ORDER AFTER SITTING IN “PROCESSING” FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS WITH MY 1500$ TIED UP THAT THERE WILL BE A 5% CANCELLATION FEE?! LIKE HE** THERE WILL BE! Worst most slimy company I have ever dealt with. Do NOT purchase from these guys.

They have been very responsive for the most part. Just have to remember that this is a boutique company in China. I ordered the X2 Mini Pro. It is insane. Fantastic and works right out of the box. They literally put all the top of the line tech in one handheld.

I will be buying from them again down the road

Besitze das one x Player pro 1 und kann diese gerät will ich es mal nennen Haufen Schrott überhaupt nicht empfehlen der IC Chip stürzt ständig ab und der Akku lädt dann nicht mehr auf kauft euch lieber von dem Geld was anderes bloß nicht dieses unfertiges Geräte von dieser chinesischen Marke die sind der letzte Dreck noch nie so einen schlechten Hand hält gehabt

After buying a reasonably priced handheld the customer service is terrible. I've just sent my second email asking where my device is. Asked me for my address and after that no communication, not even a acknowledgement and now my device could just turn up like others that pledged on indiegogo.

The device is probably going to be the best thing I own but I will never buy from you again.

OXP3 is the first device I purchased with them through their Indiegogo campaign. Everything they said they promised and completed. Had a minor issue with my device, upon delivery, but that was most likely my very own error. I emailed customer support and support responded in a timely manner. Their suggestion got my issue fixed in less than 60 seconds. Love my OXP3 device!

Update: The below reply is a half-truth at best. They sent me an email that said that my package was shipping to my address without the unit number (which would have never gotten to me because I live in a large complex). I told them that this was a problem, so they pulled the package, then said that, actually the original email address they sent me was wrong and that DHL's shipment actually did include the full address. Fine. They said that, for my $3000 order, that I would have to pay an additional $44.50 charge because of my mistake - putting the blame entirely on me and not acknowledging their original email where my address was listed incorrectly. I reluctantly agreed to the charge. Then, they asked me to pay the extra charge using a sketchy paypal email address, wickwang616 at gmail... what the hell? This screams "scam" to me. I am asking them to cancel my order and keep the extra charge that, according to them, was entirely my fault despite the fact that they sent me that email with the address listed incorrectly. AWFUL customer service, but to be fair, I will update if they actually cancel the order (which shows at least the bare minimum level of integrity a business should possess), or if I have to contact my credit card company to get the money returned to me. Either way, I would absolutely not recommend this company. Sketchy as all get-out and poor poor customer service that penny pinches and blames the customer outright.

Final Update: Reberta, the ONEXPLAYER marketing manager, reached out to me after my previous update. She agreed to refund if I wanted it, but she also said that she reviewed my case and agreed that the way it was handled was inappropriate. She said I owe the company nothing (via sketchy paypal addresses or otherwise). She said she will be using my case for training in the future so this does not happen to anyone else going forward. She asked if I would trust ONEXPLAYER to deliver the product I ordered. I was somewhat hesitant since I thought the company may "spit in my coffee" so to speak. I had read a review below about an empty box (possibly a scammer himself), and I'll admit that I was a bit worried... but something about Reberta felt extremely human, and for some reason, I felt I could trust the company to complete my order. My Onexplayer X2 Mini Pro came in yesterday (8/25/2026) - and while it is not perfect (hardware is incredible, but I found the native software needed more tweaking than steamdeck to make games playable), it is clearly far from a scam. I have updated my star count to four stars as I simply cannot imagine giving 5 stars for an order that I nearly canceled on account of initially poor customer service.

Support staff will stall when you need help. They'll ask you to do the same process in multiple emails that general take days to respond. The issue will be a problem for weeks to months. They'll lie and say that they shipped your item but if you dont followup after they said they've shipped they won't actually have the item shipped. I had to follow up before all of a sudden it was picked up. These people lie and stall I would never recommend them

OneXplayer X2 the big 10.95 inch is a great device, fast shipping. I wish they used the new controllers from the X2 mini pro. The controllers on the X2 are the only real con. The joysticks are awful and they are small and slippery. I have been able to make them work but they need to add support for the new controllers. I purchased the new controllers but there is no software that allows you to use them. They fit perfect but can't get them to work. Hopefully they will add support soon
