Stirlingkit Arvostelua

I just had my first shopping experience with Stirlingkit and I am very impressed. I felt in such good hands with their team, that is how shopping and customer service should be! Special thanks to Martin, he is such a nice and friendly person, he took the time to always answer all the questions I came up with. Thanks again, highly recommended :)

Very good craftsmanship. Be sure to carefully follow the instructions. Customer service was excellent.

I ordered a uh-60 heli with 3 lipos. It arrived fast in France after only 2 and half weeks. The parcel was well packed with a battery sent separately. Everything is intact : no damage at all. Thank you for everything !

I love the Toyan engines.
And sterlingkit always have my back when i have problems. They Are Quick to respond, when i have questions about there produkts.

Stirlingkit was the first company to sell small engines and steam engines and rotary engines the service is terrific and so is the after sales service and help. When you buy an engine you are notified of the shipment and tracking and it is also insured and garenteed to be delivered. The service personnel are also terrific for spare parts if needed Mona and Martin give great service.

It was the first time I have purchased a model from Stirling kits. From the original order to resolving some minor problems the sales team have been 100%
Thank you Mona and your team.

Hi, I am planning to buy an internal combustion engine model from Cison brand and I am receiving a great deal of technical assistance from technical advisors named Mona and Martin. I always get answers to my questions within a few days. The products sold by the shop are constantly being improved. I have also consulted several popular YouTubers too. They have an positive opinion of ost of the products also.

Excelente servicio, muy cordial y rápido, el producto está excelente, muy buena calidad, lo recomiendo mucho

I have the 1886 car kit, had a problem with the crankshaft and bevel gear.

I’m updating my August 24 review for order #56106. At first it was difficult to get in contact with someone about this order that I hadn’t received.
Mona did start communicating with me and determined the order was lost. She then shipped the order again and I received it in only a few days later.
Thank you Mona!!!!!

I received a Okmo R18 engine from Stirlingkit, the package arrived on time and undamaged. On opening the package I found the brass water tank had snapped off, and the slide valve oil cup had fallen out.
I contacted Mona at Stirlingkit via email with photos, Mona responded after checking with the technicians at Stirlingkit to say sorry for the problems and that the oil cup is a press fit, and a replacement water tank will be sent to me.
Mona was quick to respond, polite, had answers for the problem. (As do the other customer service people at Stirlingkit)

Mona worked TIRELESSLY to help me with several problems I had with my Enjomor V-12. She has ALWAYS been so very kind, caring and compassionate and dispite the huge geographical distance has always been right there. I can't recommend working with her and Stirling Kit highly enough!

In a world of many frustrations (yes, I'm older than some!) I am amazed at how helpful Mona has been in finding the tiniest of parts. Can't recommend this team more highly.

I have been dealing With Mona at Stirlingkit for many years now. Mona always has an answer to my questions within a day of sending her an email. She is very helpful when there is an error or a shortage. I would highly recommend purchasing from Mona and the Stirlingkit Team! You will not be disappointed.

I have been a StirlingKit customer for about two years and have purchased several engines from them. Overall, my experience has been favorable. Their support team will respond to emails and offer any assistance needed. They are very helpful and willing to resolve issues about parts, technical difficulties and order status promptly with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Martin with the support team has a genuine desire to make things right. I recommend Stirlingkit.
