We bought the stats tracker and my son…
We bought the stats tracker and my son has worn it about 6 times but 3 of those times it hasn’t worked and so no data has been uploaded!
We contacted them and they swift with customer service and checking back with us. Maybe it was user error!!!!!🤭

My son loves the pod
My son loves the pod we had some connection issues initially but the support team very quickly solved the issues. They even followed up to make sure we were happy. We are already planning further purchases. Highly recommended.

Oczekiwałem na reklamację, otrzymałem 1€ kamizelek dla kobiet. Czekaliśmy na jakikolwiek kontakt (nadal czekamy). Zamówiłem kolejne kamizelki, które były dostarczane ponad tydzień. Jestem BARCZO NIEZADOWOLONY Z OBSŁUGI !!!!!!!

Technical support staff are excellent
I had problems with the App and tracker pairing and i had to seek assistance from Statsports. Their technical support team found the issue/problem and very promptly helped me sort it out.

Tracker reset and app problems
I had a tracker that would not connect to the app so they helped me to reset it and after my app would not open so they reset the app for me afterwards everything was fine very good service and fast also

I bought 3 trackers and had a problem with 1. After the initial email I had clear instructions on what I needed to send to them. They knew exactly what I needed to do and the problem was solved. Great customer service.
