I messaged regarding a problem I was having logging into the app. They got back to me swiftly and resolved the issue quickly. A great service.

I have been using this GPS statsport tracker for myself as a referee and one for my son since he was 9 years old to inspire him to work harder like professional athletes. The pod did not function for me for few days and I contacted professional statsports staff and they answer within 48 hours as they promised. They helped me with factory reset, which was very very easy because of the video they provided. witohout the video, it would be hard to do by just reading directions. But when you watch the video, it is very simple and my son's mom did the factory reset and it is working great now. This is a great tool for youth athletes to push them to work harder to get to the next level and to monitor their load of training and give advice to their coaches who do not have knowledge of periodisation and monitoring the training load during the week before their Sunday games.

Online ordering system is a breeze to use and shipping was super quick. Arrived in Australia within 5 business days.
The product is very easy to use, only reason it is not 5 stars is the sync process can be glitchy and require a few attempts before it sync successfully.

Muito dificil para conectar. A app vai muitas vai muitas vezes abaixo. Dá muitos erros e mesmo com tudo atualizado. O apoio tecnico é rapido mas ainda assim não resolve, tem de ser por muitas tentativas.

Depois de resolvidos todos os problemas de conexão é muito bom

Jeg bestilte en vestpakke midt i desember. Jeg betalte ekstra for rask levering.
Det tok over en uke før pakken ble sendt. Jeg mottok pakken 6.januar. Det var feil størrelse så vi returnerte selve vestene 7.januar. Pakken kom frem rundt 20.januar. Fortsatt har de ikke behandlet saken, og de svarer kun etter ca 1 uke på mail. Jeg har purret en rekke ganger. Dette har kostet med EUR 400.
Jeg kjøpte dette i julegave til min sønn. Jeg er spent på om vi får dette før 1.mars.

Jeg anbefaler alle å holde seg unna og kjøpe dette produktet fra en forhandler.

EDIT: Statsports hag lagt inn en reply her. De kontaktet meg ETTER at jeg hadde lagt inn denne tilbakemeldingen. Jeg ser i min opprinnelig review at jeg ikke har vært tydelig nok på at jeg bestilte feil størrelse. Det beklager jeg. Det var jeg som bestilte feil størrelse, men det har nå gått snart to månder, og jeg returnerte varen dagen etter jeg fikk den.

Det stemmer heller ikke at pakken ikke var merket med ordrenummer. Det var lagt et brev i pakken med ordrenummer, akkurat slik de hadde anvist at en skulle gjøre. Jeg ble også forspurt om å sende sporingsnummer fra min pakke. Den sendte jeg umiddelbart etter avsendelse. Det virker det som om de ser helt bort i fra.

We had a few teething problems at the start but the help was exceptional straight to the point with everything all is good and working well, very happy with it, and Statssports technical help. 👍

My son practiced with the French pro club Toulouse FC this summer. They used Statsports for practice and game. The data retrieved was used by their couching staff to help him improve in key areas of his play. We ordered the gear for him right after he came back home. For him to be able see and follow his progress now on his own and how to improve as a soccer player, using Statsports, has been such a motivating factor. He can see that the DATA collected and compared to pro premier league players that his stats are comparable to them, the Statsports tracker pushed him. Because of his physical improvement he has become a beast on the field. Last game they man marked him and as soon as he got the ball there were 2 more players on him. He’s a recruited D1 soccer player going to a top 10 University this fall. Only regret is that we didn’t buy this piece of gear earlier.

The product is fantastic, it fits true to size and it’s comfortable to wear. The service it provides from heat maps, to calorie tracking and accelerations is awesome. The only thing “bad” thing I can say about it is the player data, if it had more than the ones available now, it would make it 10x better. It’s still great; but having more players to choose from would make it even better
